It is move in ready, but there are several things we want to do to personalize the space like replace all of the bathroom lighting, paint, re-tile the kitchen, re-do the fireplace. Then we have a whole other list for long term projects like rip up the carpet and re-finish the hardwood, get new carpet for the bedrooms, build a garage and deck, possibly add on to the upstairs, etc. YAY for a good inspection! i have to go check out the pics, but just wanted to tell you that if it's in your budget, you may want to consider refinishing the floors before you move in. once you have your furniture in, it's a PITA to move the furniture, and places charge upward of $100 for each room.
