i ask keith to be brutally honest...and when he is, i know it's time to get my a$$ back to the gym...it is easier when i go w/ him but he gets home late sometimes...i've also tested out a bunch of gyms, looking f or the right atmosphere and the right classes...enjoying them helps to keep me motivated...
do you have a friend to go with you? i have no friends around here (i know, poor me ), but i'm attempting to make some in the classes...that way they can be like "where were you last week?" when i'm slacking...
