http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t85 look through here. many of the girls have a pictures in their dress on the wedding day in their siggy. you can see it's like night & day with the WOW factor.
-
snapshots of brides in their dress are nothing like what they look like on the wedding day. Just browse through the thread of all of the wedding dresses. There isn't that WOW factor. but, then when you see the actual pictures it's so different. You will be blown away on the day of. Seeing a picture is nothing.

I'm just not a flowers & details kind of girl. maybe because I never dreamed about my wedding as a little girl, but I just had no desire to have decorations & a fancy dress. i'd watch bridezillas instead to keep me grounded -
and the bride was someone I went to junior high & high school with. It took me a while to figure it out, but i kept thinking she looked familiar. Platinum Weddings - WEtv.com Too funny that the first episode I watch is someone from my high shool class from a small Texas town. I liked all the Texas/ Mexico touches in the cocktail hour. Makes me homesick

I'll find the link for you. I also took pictures in that cave. We were looking for a different spot that my friend described to us in gran cenote. we passed up the turn & found matt & sol's bat cave. it looked so cool on the video so we climbed in. Terrifying!!! There were bats flying all around our heads. We had to wade through bat poop. Still, it was an adventure. When we finally found the spot my friend were describing (also an area you climb into by a ladder) it was so much nicer! We called it paradise, because it was so beautiful. And in contrast to the scary/ stink bat cave it was amazing. I recently saw some pictures matt took in another cave that i just love. These pictures make me want to go back to RM & explore all the caves. What a cool job living in such a beautiful area! ok i found the video Trash the Dress III on Vimeo is this it? Trash the Dress - Riviera Maya on Vimeo this is the first bat cave video When i first watched the video, i thought the bat cave was the area where they were swimming. It's not. You would definitly not swim in that cave. The spot they are swimming in is in gran cenote. You also climb down a ladder to get there, or you can swim across from the main section. I swam because I love swimming & the water felt great.

RM Non couple oriented AI needed?
rodent replied to Alyssa's topic in Riviera Maya and Cancun Accommodations & Site
I think something in PDC would be nice. Just something with a nightlife. my hotel wouldn't have been fun for singles. it was the type of place where you only hang out with the group you are with. Not a lot of mingling going on. So i think being in PDC or a hotel like described above where there is a lot of action would be the best. -
cute dogs & nice pictures!

After TA stole our money, NO GUEST

Awesome. Forward me the link and I will be happy to add my 2 cents... since thats about all the money I freakin HAVE right now!!! Well the DW specialist lady is being all nice to me now stating that the VP, Ed Cotton have contacted their attorney on my behalf... YEAH RIGHT! They probably contacted the attorney to cover their butts! It's already buried on the knot. the threads there don't pop up to the top like they do here, so after a day, no one reads it anymore. -
Yee Haw welcome fellow Texan!

I want to live by you! have you tried ritz camera? they have classes.

But here goes. In my experience. if we're interested in leveraging customer content for emails, ads, etc., we always ask for their permission upfront and in many cases provide compensation. The participants are always very excited and pleased to participate. For instance, we have a summer promotionn running right now (summer of 200 that features actual Shutterfly customers. These folks have provided their permission, and are happy to be featured. FYI - for our terms and conditions about customer submissions, see the "submission" sections of Shutterfly | Help | Terms & Conditions Hope that helps. And please feel free to contact me if you have more questions. Best, Rachel B P.S. On a completely different note...I want to do a destination type event for our 10-year anniversary, and have friends/relatives all over the US and Europe. What destination do you think would entice people the most? I was thinking Greece, but am concerned that west coast people won't want to spend the $...any advice would be much appreciated thanks for the reply. I didn't think it was true.

After TA stole our money, NO GUEST
rodent replied to BarefootBride's topic in Just venting or funnies
I posted this on the knot this morning to alert more people. Someone contacted their TA & got this response: People should be very cautious about booking with travel companies that have NOT Been in business at least 10 years. They should also not book with a company that Does not have a physical site (office) or that is NOT a member of Iatan. (Portal) I knew the owner of exotic escapes. She worked for another company in Portland Oregon Years ago and then got FIRED and started her own business…by mortgaging her house. I didn’t think she would make it because she had no personality or businesses sense at all. She just got mad she was fired from her job with Turtle Island and thought She could do it on her own, and she has hurt the industry now. !!! Just thought I'd share this info with you. I did not know what to look for when contacting a TA so thought this might be helpful to others. -

I'll try more transparent. I was hoping that in an 8x8 size it would be more clear. When i make my real book (this is just the temp) i want to break the hand ceremony up into 2 pages. my side & his.
