yes, elena did the ceremony. i emailed her the script in advance and brought several backup copies just incase. she did a perfect job with it. they have a script they use if you don't provide your own, but i didn't care for it. i posted mine in a thread called "share your ceremony script" i was told annalisa would do my hair, but she was out of town during my wedding. i have heard she is good. i cant think of the person who did my hair's name right now. i posted it somewhere. i thought she was great. she was very relaxing. just came in my room & took care of everything. it was $75. i had pictures of what I wanted done & was very happy with the results. I'll see if i can find where i posted her info. i did my own makeup.

I got the recommendation from Maura who got it from her neighbor. women telling women- it must be good.

i thought it was appropriate that she didn't really do much. I haven't watched the clip when obama was on, but i heard it was similar that he didn't say much. i'm sure they have to be really careful.

post wedding blues is pretty common. I experienced the opposite. I was so happy that it was behind us & a great memory. it was a relief to not have the wedding to plan. But, i was just as busy with the post-wedding projects of making photobooks & editing my wedding video. I was looking forward to being done planning the wedding so I could move on to new things. I started learning photography and I've enjoyed that a lot more than wedding planning. If I didn't start something new, I probably would have felt an emptiness. You get used to being so busy with a project. so why not start something new? it's a great time to start working on making christmas presents. once your pro pics come back you will be busy!

i agree, you did better than the inspiration. you & your guests will love coba. we had so much fun there. I'm putting together my photobook so I've been looking at coba pics tonight. it was so cool to do that as a group.

last fall a combo of planning the wedding, issues we were having with a neighbor, and stress at work was making me crazy. I started taking zoloft and it has REALLY helped. but, it took a while to get adjusted to it. I was sick to my stomach the first few days & light sensitive. i'm not sure if I'd try something so close to the wedding. you also have to be careful with alcohol. zoloft is something you take daily, but it is not habit forming. i think xanax is something you take as needed so maybe it wouldn't be as bad to get adjusted too. i never wanted to take medicine, but my friend had such a great experience with zoloft i decided to give it a try. it has been wonderful. I'm going to stop taking it in the next year or two. i mostly wanted to get through the wedding. it helps me a lot though when i drive & fly.

OK when I tpye witht he font in word, the letters are the plain version. when i type in phtooshop, they have the swashes. Now i need to learn how to pick the different versions "glyphs" in photoshop. I'll let you know if i figure out how to work with this font I've never known about the alternates for an open type font.

Has anyone used the alternate letters in an open type font? I found instructions for how to do it with illustrator & indesign. I have illustrator, but I was hoping there was a way to do it in other programs. CreativeTechs Tips: Explore alternate glyphs in OpenType fonts.
