Do your research to locate reputable breeders in your area. Likewise, do NOT buy puppies over the internet! No legitimate breeder will ever advertise puppies for sale on the internet. The best workout DVDs I have ever owned- P90X

plyometrics kills me i do cardio x because i usually can't do the entire plyo dvd -
oh I just thought of another one. before the ceremony, one photographer was taking pictures of the guests & mike at the ceremony spot. the other was photographing my mom & i walking from the room to the site. I've been in weddings where the 2nd shooter never left the main photographers side, so they mostly took duplicate pictures.
-
good point about assistant vs 2nd shooter. I've heard some photographers say the assistant does things like backup the pictures when the card gets full (for extra insurance). some photographers have an assistant put together a slide-show from the ceremony pics that they show during the reception. it really varies. oh & it's a good idea to ask to see some of the 2nd shooter's work. i've been in weddings where the 2nd shooter was their 15yr old kid.
-
it depends on the photographer & the shoot. sometimes the 2nd shooter is with the guys getting ready & the main photographer is with the bride. they do different angles during the ceremony. usually one in the front & one in the back. during the romantics & TTD, they can help with lighting or get different angles. we did some night shots that probably wouldn't have been possible without two people.

I'll probably order the cookbook too. The sample weeks of meals are more complicated than I think I could keep up with. I'm usually cooking for 1 (although I'd like to get mike involved). I usually make some meals on weekends & have leftovers throught the week and make simple meals during the week. so I'll be modifying it to suite that. he also talks about healthy, quick options. best life diet approved foods have a seal on their package to make it easier. I didn't notice they were there before. what I really like is how the emphasis is on health & a good lifestyle. I really can't believe how much he covered in one book. it addresses the reasons why we overeat, how to avoid pitfalls, workout guidelines, and a lot more.

Instead it’s a way of living — of eating, of exercising, of viewing your life — that puts you at your healthiest. Sure, one of the primary goals of the program is to lose weight. But it also has a more far-reaching purpose: to keep the weight off, and develop habits that dramatically reduces your risk of diabetes, heart disease and other ills. Is emotional eating a problem? The Best Life program also helps you tackle that demon. You’ll be following a three-phase program, take it at your own pace. Each phase gradually leads you to an increasingly healthy and slimming diet and encourages you to increase physical activity (don’t worry, brisk walking counts, you don’t have to go to the gym). Pretty soon, you’ll be amazed at how different — and wonderful — your life has become.

dont hate me but what is a healthy way to gain weight???

in that case, i would get a professional's advice. You probably need a diet designed for your needs. -
We have talked about following a plan for next biggest loser. You don't have to do this plan to participate in biggest loser, or do biggest loser to follow the plan. We will just start the Best Life Diet plan at the same time as biggest loser 5 for those who want to follow. Right now the tentative start date for Biggest Loser 5 is Wednesday, January 7th. The plan we are going to follow is Bob Greene’s The Best Life Diet. You can get it for $7 on amazon. Amazon.com: Used and New: The Best Life Diet I suggest buying the book now, so you have time to prepare for biggest loser. It would help to read the book first, try out some recipes, and find a workout plan that will work for you. It’s always easiest to stick to a program if you are prepared for it. Also, it might keep you on track during the holidays to not gain weight. here is a link for more info about the plan The Best Life Diet I have read a lot of weight loss & nutrition books and I have been the most impressed by this one. I used to work at a gym and I took several nutrition classes in college. I’m not an expert, but I do plan on getting more familiar with this book and others to help everyone through the weight loss process the best I can. I really think with a great plan and some motivation we can make Biggest Loser 5 the best yet! Are you in? Disclaimer: You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, supplementation or medication program.

i'm not. i get the scott, cheapo tp. i didn't like cottonelle. i felt like it flaked. I like mixing it up. I buy a different type of soda each time. I usually rotate through coke, pepsi, & dr. pepper. I'm on dr. pepper right now & I'm loving it. but then it gets old so i move to the next. i like varying my soap scents & detergent. also shampoo. i get a different brand each time. but then there are brands i skip, like fruitise. id makes my hair greesy. i do stick tot he same facewash- clean & clear. but, i get a different type of toothpaste, body wash... oh & when I bought beer I'd buy a different brand each time. I do stick to foods more. I always get ragu old world style traditional sauce. i rotate cereals.

I think a plan should reflect preference so you can stick with it. I don't like meat. I eat a little every few weeks. I get my protein from other protein-rich places. I eat a lot of beans. Also, eggs, milk cheese & yogurt are good sources of protein. if you love veggies, why fight it? -
one kept backing up & then pouncing the poop. he did it about 5 times.
