You'd have to open an account now (it's a photoshare company like shutterfly) and then transfer your pictures to shutterfly after nov 14th. If you have any pictures in yahoo photos you can transfer them to shutterfly for a free book too. You had to have already had an account. They have officially shut down, but my friend did it yesterday & they still gave her the free book. I scan slickdeals.net reguarly so as I come across more deals I'll post them here. I get free photobooks all the time. Ok now I'm going to look at anny's book (if its the right link )

I've read through the other post about this topic, but I think my situation is a little different. Feel free to debate, or tell me I'm wrong. I'm asking it here because I know I get the truth. If I ask my family, they may not tell me what they really feel. I chose one of the least expensive hotels in the area, so guest wouldn't need to stay somewhere else in order to save money. I sacrificed a beautiful gazeebo & some other things I wanted to make sure the hotel was affordable. Maybe they could save some money with a non-AI, but not much. So they'd be choosing to stay somewhere else for other reasons, like they prefer a different area, or they want to stay somewhere fancier, etc. Even my parents who normally stays in cheap non-AI hotels in mexico think this place is a bargain. Also, I'd almost prefer someone not go, than to stay somewhere else. Unless they are totally fine with not hanging out with us much. I just don't want to have to leave the hotel where I'm having a great time with other guests to meet these guests at a public beach so we can hang out. I also think it would be hard to coordinate group trips when they are in a different hotel. I posted on the website that it cost $80 to enter the hotel each day. I didn't say who would have to pay it, but just wanted to make sure they knew this when making their decision. Our budget is small so $80 per person is a lot. If we were spending $20,000, another $80 for a few people wouldn't be such a big deal. For our budget it really is. If 10 people wanted to stay off the property, I'd have to cancel something very important to me like my photographer. There is really nothing else to cut back on. I haven't splurged on anything for the wedding. The only exception is we might have 2 guest who would stay with friends in the area. I can understand this, because it's not like they are just picking a different hotel. We will offer to pay for them. It's only slightly more expensive for them to get a room at the hotel for the night instead of a day pass, so we'll probably offer to pay for their nights stay or $80 of it. But if someone picks a different hotel just because they like it better (even a more expensive hotel), should we have to pay for them to get into our hotel? Honestly it would really hurt my feelings if they didn't stay with us. I don't expect us to hang out the whole time, but I do think there will be some great group times that I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on.

Cancun airport
rodent replied to LEIGH's topic in Destination Wedding in Riviera Maya, Cancun & surrounding areas
we are booking through funjet. Transfers are included in the cost. They pick you up in an air conditioned bus & take you to the hotel. When I used them before it was really nice. They had cheap beer ready as soon as you got on the bus. -
http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...postcards.html I'm thinking about borrowing angela's idea & making Riviera Maya post cards using the free vista print offer. These will be for my guest's OOT bags. Anyone have some good pictures of the RM that I could use? I can credit you on the postcard if you'd like. I can also send you one (or more if I have leftovers). UPDATE: Here is the finished postcard. The picture is from Jason (thanks!). I got the 100 free postcards from vista print & paid $4.99 to upload my image. I used one of their templates for the back to avoid paying another upload fee. After shipping my total for 100 postcards was $10.44. I will probably put 2 in each OOT bag.

I changed my mind. I'm going to start my own thread, b/c i don't think people will notice my question here. -
I thought I was going to get to have another music google showdown with sarah. There are no words for me to google though so I can't help.

Don't foget you have to buy the stamps there if you are putting stamps on them. If you already knew that, I'm sorry. I've just made that mistake before. I thought "I'll pack stamps so I don't have to find them on vacation."

Hair Flower Ideas (Pic Heavy)
rodent replied to JulieG's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
hey shelley, how did you attach them to the clip & what type of clip is it? i bought a flower on a stem at a craft store & a comb-like clip. I'm trying to figure out the best way to attach it. i dont trust hot glue enough. I've taken the flower off the stem. i was thinking of trying to sew it on. I'm also considering metal wire. another thought is to glue something into where the stem was & stick that straight into my hair (which will be up). Just the slick alone didn't feel right. Too thick maybe. It also wasn't bent right. -
I uploaded my image from the back so I could use my own text & design it how I wanted. You could do it the same way & make a box for the stamp. It's doesn't have to be there, but it you want it there you can add it. I haven't thought about this, but some of us are putting postcards in our OOT bags. We could make them ourself with vista print & put images from the area the wedding is. I might do this. Might be cheaper than buying them there & one less thing to do when we get there.

My new shutterfly photobook

I also see a red frame when I click on a photo which is already in some page (red frame in mypublisher means the photo's resolution is not enough).. so, is this normal or am I doing something wrong?? Mine do not look blurry. It will say "best for priting up to..." 5x7, wallet, 8x10, etc. It's when you click on the picture in an album when you are selecting them. If you can't find that, let me know & I'll open up shuterfly to describe it better. If mine are too low res it will show a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. I think the red frame in shuterfly is just showing you where it will crop. -

http://bestdestinationwedding.com/fo...d-wording.html Here are mine. They have the website address on the front (i cropped it out of the picture). I didnt include a lot of detailson the save the date, because it's on the website. For family who don't have the internet, I have mailed them a print out of the website. I designed my logo using powerpoint & feedback from the forum. I designed my save the dates with lumapix, but you could use many other programs. Then i ordered them through vistaprint.com. If you use them, don't pay full price. There are tons of coupons. I spent $12 total on 100 save the dates. My guest absolutely love them. if you are not a do it yourselfer, there are a lot of other options.

Yeah, nurse sarah did this. She had a small group so it might have been easier. Some guest might find it annoying, but I think they are more likely to have fun with it too. I think it's too much when people ask all their guest to wear a certain tux or something like that, but a white shirt & khaki pants is easy. If you don't have it already it's easy to get & doesn't have to cost a lot.
