How annoying! If they would have just joined the forum as a vendor & not tried to break the rules they could have booked lots of weddings. Now they just look shady.

I've been considering dyeing mine. I'm not sure how it will turn out though because it has beads on it. We are taking anniversary pics while in hawaii for our 2nd anniversary. I've already started shopping for a bright & flowy dress to wear in those pictures. I found my wedding dress in royal blue so I ordered it. But, that got me thinking I could just dye my wedding dress a bright color and wear that. I think your dress would be really cute short. You could always wear it out on your anniversary.

Do you have 5 rep points? it's not 1 rep= 1 karma. I have 105 rep points but something like 12 karma. we don't exactly understand karma. It looks like your time as a member makes a difference in your karma. We also know you can lose it by stealing points. As far as I know karma isn't actually used for anything.

Sounds good I think it would be nice if on your site you show who the photographers are & samples of their work. I do think there are great images on your site. I was just concerned when I read there was a team of 25, that you wouldn't know who in the 25 you'd get & if their work was as good as what is shown on the site. I did not realize that only 4 of these 25 people shoot weddings. I wouldn't advise people against hiring a photographer from a larger company, but I do think it's important to see the work of who would be photographing your wedding. I know these are all things I looked at when hiring a wedding photographer so these might be things you want to clarify on your site.

I just read In Defense of Food & it coveres a lot of the points brought up here. I try not to obsess about food, calories or exercise. I want to be healthy & in good shape, but i also want to enjoy my life, so it's important to me to find a balance. I try to do exercise I enjoy and have fun with instead of slaving away on a treadmill thinking about calories. I try to cook delicious, but healthy food. I also don't want to be all or nothing about it. Another book I love is bob greenes best life diet.

I think they are referring to a recent study showing that people often eat as many extra calories as the burned working out because they worked out. so overall, no weight loss. but, those who are successful losing weight combining exercise & diet don't do this. I saw it a lot working at a gym. Someone would come in & do a 30 minute workout & then buy a protein bar on the way out. Those things are about 300 calories & they probably burned less working out.

I LOVE it. There is a thread I started about discount wedding dress places. They are all the actual brand, not knockoffs. They are just cheaper because they are from an online distributor not a shop.
