The "W" in this sentence needs to be capitalized. we know returning the RSVP would be considered tentative, but it would help us a lot.

Do you know the name of the company? Usually its a photography company that has a contract with the hotel. I found out the company that shoots at my hotel is called Foto Carribean. After knowing their name, it was much easier to find more info on them.

I also shopped alone. I took my camera with me so I could show my choices to friends. It also helped to look at the pictures at the end of the day side by side.

I thought i wanted a short dress too. Every time I put it on I didn't feel right. I finally took it back & I'm so happy I did. Although, I think your short dress is really pretty. But, I also like the other one. Get the one you feel the best in.

I would definitly not ask her to be a backup. I think you have to work on convencing your FI that it's ok to have mismatched numbers. Tell him people do it all the time now. I think guys tend to have strong opinions about wedding stuff when they haven't really thought about it. It's more important to not hurt feelings than to have your wedding look a certain way. Also, if you piss off a bridesmaid, they can really make things difficult for you. I've seen disgruntled bridesmaid not bother getting their dress on time or not taking care of alterations. I've seen them up infront of everyone in a mess of a dress. it will be all wrinkled, too big, or too long. Just because they got angry witht he bride & didn't want to deal with any more bridesmaid stuff. Also as someone who has been a bridesmaid 9 times, I know it's really easy to get your feelings hurt. it's a tricky situation and if a bride doens't handle it right you can really get hurt. It can easily go from an honor to feeling bullied. They can pick out dresses that are too expensive, demand too much of your time, or boss you around.

Are you changing the layout of your current gallery to this? I just went to your current website to see how it works now. I really prefer the current style. It's done exactly the way I like. But, that's just me. Others might like the larger pictures. The large pictures really do show off your work better.

I like the new speed. On my computer, it's 2 seconds b/w pictures.

NOTE: this was written after the 2nd time you changed the interval & befor the 3rd time. I got to talk to coworkers so it took me a while to post. This time it took about 5 seconds to change at first. Then it got quicker taking about 3 seconds. Later it only took 2. That's the speed I like. But occasionally it would take 5 again. My favorite layout is to be able to see all the thumbnails at once. It will play a slideshow, but if I want to skip to a particular one I can. I also like to be able to skip to the next picture when I get bored with one or pause if I want to look at one longer. When I was hunting for a photographer, I typically went straight for their blog so I could scroll quickly through pictures.

I wouldn't be likely to stay for the whole thing. But, I'm part of the mtv generation. I like my pictures to flash at me quickly. I like a new picture every 2 seconds. I usually get impatient with most slideshows & click the next button myself to speed it up. I'm not sure what my connection speed is. I'm at Duke University & we have internet through the building. It's fast, but I don't know what you would call it. We connect to the internet through a cable that clicks in like a phoneline. It's definitly not dial up though.

The dress should arrive by april 15th. Tami said they usually show up earlier than the estimate. I paid $136 for a dress that was $230 in the store. Plus there was no tax. I definitly recommend getting your BM dresses this way. They were so rude to me in the bridal salon I'm happy to have an alternative for getting the dresses.

Yeah, I'd think you need to be atleast 50% scottish to wear a kilt at your wedding. What about coming up with another way for him to celebrate his scottish heritage? Green beer? Clovers in your boquet? Sorry, I only know the st patricks day version of scotland.

I died my hair red once. I used special stuff to protect the color, but it faded so fast. My hair also got pretty fuzzy after that. You have such pretty, shiny hair that I wouldn't suggest messing up a good thing. Atleast not before the wedding. Why not wait until afterwards when you have post wedding blues & want to spice things up?
