  1. I remembered that I wanted SPF too. I just bid on 10 tubes with SPF on ebay for $3 shipped. I'm hoping once the auction is over I can buy 10 more from them & combine shipping. This person sells the lip balm often, so I imagine they have more. I don't really care if it's personalized. I just want it to be good with SPF for cheap.
  2. How was the quality of these? Was is good lip balm? I haven't found non-personalized lip balm cheaper than this yet. I'm still searching. I guess it comes in 3 packs at the dollar store. I need to make a dollar store trip soon.

I liked those, but I really wanted the color.
  6. This thread is making my list longer, not shorter like I thought it would.
  7. Trip advisor can have a higher proportion of bad reviews because people are more likely to review when they aren't happy. Why do you use title caps? It's harder to read your sentences.
  8. Ahh, thats awesome. I was going to say the same thing about her waste. it's tiny. i figured she was wearing some kind or corsett.

My plan for my lunch break was to find & order fans. I just got sidetracked & ran out of time to shop around as intensely as I normally do. I tend to overthink it & look for the best deal until my eyes hurt. Oh, and they ship out of PA. I thought they were coming from Asia. No wonder why shipping was reasonable. Your fans look great. Since you already have those, I wouldn't order a different set. I'm not adding a lot of color to my wedding because I'm not decorating. The hotel will put white tulle on the chairs. So I need to add color with my accesories. I think you'll have plenty of color that colored fans might be too much. The natural color will look beautiful. You can tie a little pink ribbon on them & it will look great.
  10. Yay! I bought them. 36 brightly colored fans for $25.60 shipped (71 cents each). I read on yahoo marketplace that asianideas has great reviews. They also take paypal. So i decided not to bother shopping around for something cheaper (I doubt it would get much cheaper) & just order them. I goggled for a coupon code & nothing came up. Sometimes I think I have a problem that I can't just get a good deal on something, I have to get the BEST deal. Anyway, I'll post pictures when my colorful fans come in. I plan on printing a little program & tying it on. I will put on in each seat. The guys can trade for a blue or orange one if they get a pink one.

Sorry not much of a help I like these! I thought shipping would be terrible, but it's not 1 dozen Subtotal: $5.95 Shipping: $6.75 Tax: $0.00 Total: $12.70 3 dozen Subtotal: $17.85 Shipping: $7.75 Tax: $0.00 Total: $25.60 I am not having wedding colors, but I just wanted everything to be bright & festive. I think a mix of bright fans would be fun. I will probably order these after a litte more shopping around.

  15. here is a better one from my friends wedding. i like that you can clearly see the beach behind them.
  16. My friend suggest I don't use the arches. She was going to have to pay $800 for arches & decided not to. She was really glad she didn't get them. I think her pictures look great. I won't have arches either. I love the look of the beach/ lagoon where the ceremony will take place. I don't want to cover any of that up. There will be a white canopy for guests to sit under. I have this picture. I'll look for some better ones.

I think it's probably saving it as a picture in powerpoint. I'll post when I know how to fix it. It might need to be designed in photoshop instead. I just find powerpoint to be so much easier. OK I've almost figured it out. I resized the powerpoint page to be twice as big (22.2x 17.26). Then the resolution is 277dpi. They suggest 300, but 277 is fine. I can probably go 3x size & get the dpi up past 300. the only strange thing is it isn't full bleed size when i upload it. It looks fine though in the preview. I'll see if I can figure that part out. I think it would print fine how it is though. I'll mess with it later & then upload a new template. Don't worry if you have already been messing with the old template it can easily be converted to a larger page & get you higher resolution.

They are fine if you wash them after, but you want to apply everything to a clean surface. 5 months ahead is fine. it's more fun to do this stuff early. i started on mine before I sent out the invites.

I planned on ordering custom cups, but when I saw those for so cheap at target I just had to do it this way. They turned out better than I expected. If you have trouble finding them, wait until spring. Plastic cups are all over the place before summer for BBQs. Target always has them in the seasonal section & then they get marked down a bunch. My tips -put 2 coats of paint for each name -dishwash them first (on the top rack) -Rub really hard to make those rubons transfer. Rubbing a lot doesn't work as well as just rubbing really hard (I learned that after rubbing a few for 5 minutes each). I get really excited when another guests book because I can go paint another cup!
  22. http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t13612 Here is my link. At first I only had 32 cups. I found more at a different target & they were marked down to five cents so I bought all of them. All 120!

Morgan your cups are so cute. did you paint the names on yourself? are those stickers on the side I love it!!! And i am sorry you had to go though smelly Decatur and i am sorry about the furnal! But yes I live her for now.. like to move away well atleast from the smell :-) yep, I used a $3 paint pen from a craft store. The pictures are rubons. they don't even come off in the dishwasher. Rubbing them on takes a while & they are about $3 per 20. Stickers would be quicker & cheaper, but I do like how they turned out. The cups were 5 cents each in the target chritmas section. I actually bought 150 so I can use them at the AHR too. I may have gotten carried away. I think having some insulation is nice, but my main goal was to get everyone a larger cup. I also don't think I'd have room for 40 bottles. We probably won't be able to throw stuff in someone elses luggage. Our family is all flying from a different state. So i'm trying to keep the OOT bags compact.
