  1. Wow! Very impressive. I can go check out your website now, too!. I really like how you have your logo in white in the corner.
  2. I call mine a logo too. Mine is so casual, that monogram doesn't sound right. Your friend did a great job.
  3. What is your website url? I spent forever on mine too. But, I've had over 400 hits & everyone is finding it to be really helpful so it's worth it. I've gotten much more lax about updating it. I've been meaning to update the "things to do in RM" section, but I'm more interested in OOT bags & brochures now. I plan on making a meet the guest brochure to give everyone also. I've been compiling pictures all along. I need to write up the blurbs still.

I thought everything was OOS once, but I just didn't understand the website. It will say size 9-0 meaning you have zero size nines selected. if it's out of stock it says out of stock.

Thanks to this forum!!! WOOT! Look quick, their site is going down monday for servicing!! how long will it be down? i was planning to get mike's ring from here. I still need to confirm his size.
  6. that is so cool. is it availble for all cities? that would have come in so handy when i planned a group retreat last year.
  7. Most are staying 3. My parents would have stayed longer, but they will have my grandma with them & she doesn't want to stay longer. Many of my friends have young kids at home so it's hard to stay longer. A few guests are staying 4 nights. No one is staying longer than that.
  8. They look great. I like the reflection in the water. I like the websites like this: wwx.LeslieandGerryWedding.com or wwx.LeslieandGerrywedding.com Sarah suggested that for my STD & it really makes the names stand out.
  9. I don't know about kodak, but snapfish & shutterfly have ways to set up rooms. So you aren't actually giving them your password. But, that would require everyone to make a snapfish account. I like the idea of making a kodak account just for the wedding & giving everyone the password. That way everyone can download high res images for free. You can download them to mulitiple computers right?

  11. Also, see if you can get elements through a university. I think that's the cheapest way to get it.
  12. I will have green screen examples up today. Unfortunately my green screen as deleyed coming in. luckily my friend had a lime green wall that worked pretty good. We had a party last night & I took everyone's pictures for photoshop purposes. Elements is a great program. You can do so much, it's had to imagine what else CS can do. I've become a litle obsesed with photoshop recently & decided to upgrade to CS3 (for $170 through my college). I'd suggest starting with elements though. You can do just about everything. I've heard you can get it for $30 off ebay. I have 2.0 & 4.0. Both are great. The instant red eye reduce in 4.0 is better. I think these are both older versions, but they are really good programs.
  13. I don't think I've posted mine. When I was a BM recently, we were sitting in the pews waiting for the bride & groom to take pictures. So I started a little photosession with out rings & bouquets. The other picture is to show the setting. It's called Tulipset. I really wanted a thin band & simple design. I love that the tulip set gives it a little something extra, but still keeps the simplicity. I don't plan on adding a band because I love it just how it is.
  14. WOW! Those are amazing! I love the guy reading the book during your ceremony. The guys with the flowers, jumping in the pool, you jumping off the ledge onto the sand...Just relized I listed all the funny ones. There are so many from the best perspectives- balcony, from above with the tree. All the expressions captured at the welcome dinner. OK I'll stop. I was just so impressed.
  15. the kodak one says "not found on server." I can see them throught he first link though. I plan on watching the whole thing when I sit down to eat. i wish I could watch them now, but I've got to get ready to go. I'm so excited to see them. I know they are going to be amazing. Oh & welcome back!
  16. I haven't gotten to see many, but there are all ready so many awesome pictures. I love the first one!
  17. The hankerchiefs are so nice! I was given one of those totes as a BM gift. It is really nice. They are huge too.
  18. I think its a great idea to let them pick. These are all really nice gifts, especially after you paid for their trips.

I felt insulted & wanted to lash out, but I don't feel like I did. I felt like you were criticizing how we do things & we like the way we do things. If your first statement was more similar to your second, I don't think anyone would have been offended. I don't think anyone did lash out at you. Everyone kept it friendly, while at the same time telling you how we felt.
  22. OK I thought of a couple more to add. My FI & I both went to Texas A&M & a lot of our guest did too. Does someone mind translating these: Gig 'em aggies and Whoop! Gig could be translated as Spear. It's what you call fishing with a spear, like floundering. Whoop can be translated as any exclamation that would be like yay or yipee. Aggie can just be left as aggie. But, the spanish word for "farmer" could also work. It's short for agricultural. So basically translate Spear Them, Farmers. I feel like I needed to translate aggie speak before it could be put into spanish These don't really need to be the most accurate. Funnier is better.

  24. I used to pick on mike for being addicted to warcraft. Then I found the forum & I can't pick on him anymore. He quit WOW recently. It was too much of a time drain.
