  1. $5 for a seat cushion that really will double as a floatation device. $2 for a safety manual $500 to get to copilot the plane for 5 minutes. $10 to put luggage in overhead compartment $50 to request seating next to the hotest girl/ guy on the plane $70 to get the flight attendant to move an annoying person to a seat farther away $10 in flight movie

  4. What about a theme with pets? Maybe current pets, family member's pets, or just an LOL cat you think is funny so the people without pets can play.

MelissaH - that's a great idea! we're actually including business cards already with our wedding website address and the contact info for our TA and prices for Dreams Tulum - so at least that one will have the right number listed on it! I'm DIYing them since i found business card paper at Staples this weekend. I'll post a pic of them tonight too! If you are including a card with your TAs number, I would just leave the invite the way it is. You can get cheap business cards through vistaprint. I did 100 postcards instead & they were less than $7 shipped.

For those people who don't want to spend much, will there be a way to spend less? I don't think 100$ per person is that bad, but there should be flexibility so that people who are cheap and want to spend less can (i.e. skip out the limo, choose a cheaper menu item, and not drink too much and the whole night costs them like 40-50$). If it's going to be over 100$ per person for sure (i.e. no way to spend less than that) then I would talk to each person to make sure they are okay with the plans. good tips. I am not the kind of person who likes to spend $100 on one night so I'd be really happy to have options to skip out on things like dinner. I'm just generally pretty thrifty. My friends recently rented a limo for a bach party. It got really expensive for some girls because some people didn't show up or never paid. If you have someone who wouldn't be drinking, you could have them be a DD. Maybe pay for their gas or dinner in exchange for dropping everyone off. My bachelorette party was just at a friends house. Guests brought snacks & drinks. We had a blast & it was cheap.
  7. I now prefer Vimeo.com for hosting the slideshows. I think you can upload up to 20 minutes & the quality is much better.

  11. my guess is that she hires a company to make the slideshows. And since they do a lot of that they probably can't get away with using any song they want. I imagine they have paid royalties for a limited number of songs.
  12. I can make slideshows set to any music you want. Do you want the pictures to change every few seconds or to the beat of the music? I can also lead you towards how to DIY.

Elements won't work. If you have the full program, I'll talk you though how to use them. Basically you download cool ones off the internet & stamp them on a page. You can also make your own with clipart.

I only hope they see how much they are hurting their reputation and eventually, their profit- by adding such unreasonable policies. dw.com seams like a big opportation too. Maybe if you get them behind the boycott that will help things.
  16. Looks great. Did you design it? I attached a screen shot of what I see on your blog incase your's looks different. The picture is a red x. I'd also suggest removing the double lines or making them larger to surround the dashes.
