I'm doing an orbitz search for bora bora right now. it's quite the flight from north carolina. looks so amazing though. There are too many places on my list of places to see & the list just keeps getting longer. someone mentioned before to avoid the huts on the water. they said they were full of bugs.

  4. i've only been to london & paris on your list. london is so expensive with the value of the dollar being 1/2 a pound. so a personal pizza will cost $20. I loved london, but it was nice to leave because it was getting expensive. i didn't really care for paris, but we were so rushed while we were there. we only had time to hit up the most touristy places. I like to travel to small towns. I loved normandy. I've heard the cinque terra in italy is great. belize is the next place I want to go. or costa rica. There are too many places I need to see. are you going immediately after your wedding? we were exausted. but, many girls said they got their 2nd wind on the flight somewhere knew. We came home & crashed hard. but I feel renenergized now after being home for 5 days.

I might even get sick & have to go home early the day it arrives. oh, i hope it doesnt require a signature. then i'll have to wait an extra day. I'm going to try putting a note out asking them to leave it on my patio. I've had that work for UPS. I signed the note. fly video! get to me soon

Sounds like it just takes a few days. yay! I'll probably have a number tomorrow & then I can track it's journey all the way to my apartment.

I think he got jelous hearing about all the fun we were going to have. he trashed the grooms attire like a pro It was so much fun. You should try to get him to do it with you on an anniversary or something like that. it was so much fun i just want to trash all my dresses My friends & I throw a fake prom party each year. This spring was too hectic so we are making it a homecoming dance. maybe the girls will want to trash the homecoming dress with me. Girls are starting to "trash the prom dress" so what's to keep a bunch of grad students from trashing their fake homecoming dresses. oh no, kristie I think you created a monster. the DIY monster is now channeling her energy to trashing dresses.
  8. I was told 3-4 weeks, but my video is ready to ship in only a little over a week . I think they fedex it to me. anyone know how long it takes to get a fedex from mexico? I can't wait!!! I am so spoiled. Kristie got over 500 pics to me today & my video is on it's way. <-- me watching my video over & over this weekend oh, incase you are wondering where the 500 pics are: www.photographybykristie.com clients mike & morgan password= mexico this isn't all of them & they are not in a partcular order. i posted some screen shots on my "more pro pics" thread.
  9. i think it might have been voted the best place for dogs. i could be wrong. maybe it was denver. there was some Co town where dogs were allowed in many places & restaurants had dog treats in the menu.
  10. ha ha! although I'd be pissed too. She probably worked her but off selling beer trying to win. it's really not fair to have a fake incentive.
  11. I should have uploaded those larger. you can see 500 pictures at www.photographbykristie.com under clients, mike & morgan log in with an email address & the password is mexico this isn't all the pictures & they are not in order. it took kristie several tries to get them up. she is out of state & using a slow wii fii connection.

  13. I didn;t think about this until now but I spent a lot of time finding a resort that was less expensive. then half of our guests paid $200 to upgrade to a suite. so maybe they never cared about price like we did. well, for the ones who didn't upgrade I think they appreciated the lower cost. the hotel wasn't 5 star luxury but we all really enjoyed it. it was nicer than places we usually stay, but we tend to travel cheap.
  14. i wore a $30 short dress white from charlotte russe. it's in my avatar pic. my favorite part was that it had pockets. if you don't see a cute white dress you like, just get a cute sun dress. maybe something you can wear while on your honeymoon.

That might be a profitable thing for them to start marketing. They should start. maybe speedo can get in the dress market. The first time I swam in it I thought i would drown. By the end of the trip I was a pro in swimming in my dress. The secret is to hike it up so your legs are not tangled in it.

I only really cared about a few things. I wanted everyone to have fun & I didn't want to be stressed out. A wedding is such a beautiful thing on it's own.
  17. this little bridge was gone so you couldn't walk over the the island from the catalonia side. there were private villas & condos on the other side of the lagoon. People from that side were walking out on the island.

Also it has a different combo of cheeses.) The candlelight fondue included steak, shrimp, chicken, mushrooms and tiny round rolls. The baked alaska was also outstanding. Something they don't tell you, there is a saxophone player that goes from table to table playing with the recorded background music and it was actually really nice. Also, you can get that great French toast at Kampai for breakfast. Several people in our group had it every single morning. If you stay in the casitas, you can order it by room service, too. Tim & I at the candlelight dinner. Notice the fabric that adds privacy and blocks the wind: The saxophone player: Our baked alaska: How romantic! The dinner would be my choice over breakfast. It just sounds more romantic. Plus I can pass up a sax player in a looney tunes vest.
