ok so i have been sitting back and watching this thread develop and i think i came up with the PERFECT wedding present for FI!!! I am definitley going to do the B-Pics BUT i want to try to pull off (not sure how yet) doing them with an Eagles theme (yes - football). i am going to try to get access to the Stadium and maybe locker room and an Eagles cheerleader outfit (again - have no idea how yet but have some time to work on this) He is such an Eagles fan - i think he will FREAK OUT!!!

yes, we have found that many of the resorts are near the cruise port and that is something we are definitely not interested in! our taste tends to go towards unique, luxury, small, intimate, boutique, one-of-a-kind, special, etc.

He is big into music, so I could get him some new instruments or something music related, but I can't bring that along, so when do I give it to him. I am more lost than you, so I am totally no help. How about you help me. what happened to the funny laughing thing HAHA i liked it!

wow - what a great response to this thread! we are paying for everything ourselves (including my parents and his grandfather's transportation and accomodations). it is a blessing and a curse b/c you can make all your own decisions without hearing too much unsolicited advice but you have to pay for it! HA -
(if you are) i know not everyone does this tradition but i really want too and am looking for some new ideas! some of the ideas i have now are: really nice watch handmade box with 50 little folded pieces of antique paper, each one with a place around the world we haven't been and can travel to together over the next 50 years of our marriage art deco diamond and platinum cufflinks Boudoir photos

St. John is BEAUTIFUL! our 1st choice was Caneel - we are still dissapointed it didn't work out i definitely advise getting in touch with them ASAP and going through corporate in NYC as much as possible until you actually book it. they are notorious for not getting back to you for weeks / months at a time!

I just got logos made from Aylee as well - i have not ordered invites yet but there are many ways that you can use the files. they will come as .jpeg or .png files (picture files) you can insert or copy and paste into any other program if you are doing DIY stuff you can forward the file to any printer for your invites you can make a rubber stamp or embosser print on transfer paper for OOT bags or shirts, etc (make sure you ask her to give you your files with a transparent background)
