    I didn't ask my sister to be in my bridal party either. We aren't that close and I was only having my 2 best friends stand up for me. My sister was a bit upset but we finally talked about it and she's okay now..

    I think the dresses there are specifically designed for David's Bridal? I went down to WA one weekend from BC so I could try on the dresses there and actually bought my dress that weekend. I liked that they had all the sizes there already but I know some people don't like David's Bridal.

    I'm with Rachel on this as well.. we didn't really want to do a registry at all.. but family said we should have one. I'm not even sure if I will have a shower or not!

    Hands down it's our photography. Both FI and I agreed we would not cheap out on all the pictures we wanted and the photographer we wanted.. maybe after the wedding I'll have changed my answer.. heh!

    I agree with everyone.. don't change your plans. Your FI has indicated that your parents are his family and he still wants the DW so you should continue with it. If going to the JP is fine by his parents then let them do that then you won't have to worry about them being a nuisance in Mexico.. And speaking a foreign language in front of you is just so disrespectful and rude! Has your FI said anything to them about that?

    We are going to go the following weekend cause it will just be nutso here opening weekend. I know we will go for lunch beforehand but no idea if we are dressing up or not yet!

    Alright so after I was impatiently wondering when my order will ship yesterday, I get an email last night that it has crossed into Canada with Borderfree and will be delivered on 6/02 (according to tracking on Canada Post).. that will be 2 weeks exactly from when it was shipped out from OTC.. that's pretty good I think.

    How big is the Palm tree stamp that you have? All the ones I see seem to be 1" or so in height.. which is too small for the cover. I'll have to check out Michael's again on the weekend

    Okay girls.. after ordering from OTC how quick did you get your order? I ordered all my stuff on 5/18 but I read they don't send you an email about shipping until it's crossed into Canada with the Borderfree company?
