  1. I am thinking about doing a circle of love seating, form all the chairs in a circle and leave some room for aisle. Have anyone done this before? Since my FI will have limited family attending, don't want his side looking empty
  2. My BF who is my maid of honor asked if we would like a party before the wedding since some guest can not attend the dw. The second option a bridal shower. I like the idea of the party ,but I have major concerns: The wedding party spending more money for a party before we leave for Cabo They are already spending money to get there and other expenses. My FI inviting too many people then party is out of control My FI family, I know the party would be out thier comfort zone With the guest list already it would be over 150 at the party, and that is too many people I am leaning more towards the bridal shower, I would like something more personal with the girls.
  3. Have anyone used Cabo Flowers -Donna?

I am doing mine outside, I hope after 6:30 the weather is not too hot. I plan on changing after the wedding

Do they run any different specials/promotions? Is there any other way to order the pictures? Have you posted your pics on the fourm

You can just set up all the elements over email and meet your vendors the day before (or two days before) to confirm everything. Also, we never did a tasting and everything was awesome. People raved about the food So I wouldn't worry too much about it. Especially if you're going to buffet route (which you may not be) because there's a huge variety of items and I'm sure you can find stuff that people will like. Mara and I will do a conf call 3 weeks before the wedding to finalize the details. I will meet with the vendors upon my arrival to confirm everything

I wgt for Mara to respond to me email about doing a confrence call to finalize the details.
  15. I mention to Mara that I might skip the site visit, since I have selected/ contracted my own vendors for the wedding. From her email, I have to do a site visit to finalize the wedding with the vendors and do a menu tasting. I have open discussions with my vendors, via email regarding what they should do for the wedding. I advise Mara that I will email her the flowers that I want. For as the menu, I will have to do that on good faith and hope it is good. That means I have to buy 2 more airlines tickets for the site visit, then buy the two tickets I need for the wedding.

  18. Do I need to do a site visit? I have selected/confirm all my vendors in Cabo. I do not need hair/make-up trial run, my BF is doing that for me. Only thing is to do food/cake tasting. The welcome party is just a taco buffet, not sure about the wedding dinner have not pick a menu. My wedding 7-12 and I will be in Cabo two days before the wedding.

My FI is Catholic so we do want to get married in a church or chapel. Any advice on how this all works would be greatly appreciated!! I will have legal ceremony in the states before going to Cabo. Mexico do require a blood test. Contact the hotel wedding planner to ask about a legal ceremony in mexico
