It is so hard to quit. You end up coming up with all of these rationalizations for yourself. The last time that I quit my FI and I began smoking again when we went out with friends and were drinking. We began looking for excuses to go out when we usually don't so that we could justify our smoking. We finally decided to set a quit date again when we realized that my 50 year old mother and her 52 year old bf are in WAY better shape than us! I found that chewing nicorette really helped with snacking as I have the same problem Nikki.

Hi, glad to see that I am not the only one. I have a quit date set for saturday, so hopefully it will work out this time. I am using the gym as my replacement for smoking (along with gum) I would totally like to set up some type of support network!

Hi Abby. Congrats! If you spend the time, the dreams main thread has pretty much all the information that you could possibly ask for, and the wedding review section is also really helpful.

That really really sucks! I liked Gaby and her responses were extremly prompt. I hope that they find someone as attentive as her.

It seems as though there are great inconsistencies. I had emailed the resort a few months back and heard from Claudia who took weeks to respond. Gaby's turnaround has been no more than 3 days. It seems to me that the photography credit is too low, and does anyone know about DJ Mannia? I wonder if his rate is the same if you contact him privately.

Hi Everyone! i'm glad to see that i am not the only 2010 bride. It seems like a long time to be planning, but it gives all of my guests plenty of time to plan accordingly. I have been in contact with Gaby at Dreams Cancun and she has tentatively reserved our date for June 11, 2010. I chose dreams b/c of the many positive reviews on this forum, and also b/c it is very reasonably priced for my guests. It also has an excellent location (for guests who like to party). Good luck planning!
