Hey Christa, maybe tomorrow morning you can sleep in and when Richard wakes you up for a ride or when Rafael calls to say "How come Richard isn't in school?" you can say, "Oh, I decided last night that I was going to sleep in today. I guess I forgot to tell you. Oh well." I'm sure he'll make sure he NEVER "forgets" to tell you anything again. LOL!!! I know two wrongs don't make a right but sometimes you have to prove your point with actions when words don't get through.

Ok, my friend at work gave me a book to read called "Skinny Bitch." Has anyone read it I'm only on chapter 2 but it's harsh!!!! The writing is funny, and the strategy is all about Tough Love when it comes to thinking and eating like a skinny bitch. Apparently diet soda is not only making me fat, but unhappy too. WOW!!!

I'm totally in!!!! And I just joined SparkPeople too. I lost 8 pounds back in August and have managed to keep it off, but I haven't lost anything additional. My goal is to lose another 8 pounds this month. My new treadmill is being delivered Wednesday so that should help get me back on track too. Good luck everyone!!!!

I am also getting married at the Hilton and my quote is $89 per person for Premium Open Bar for 6 hours. We're going with it because we definitely have a lot of heavy drinkers coming to the wedding (hello, we're Irish!!!) Although that seems like a lot of $$$ (and the Hilton is trying to convince us to pay on consumption) we like the idea of knowing exactly what we'll be paying when the bill comes in. We want to avoid any surprises too so that we don't end up pissed off during our honeymoon. A few months ago when I was having the same concerns, Kash told me about how she ended up paying on consumption (because that's what everyone in Cabo says to do) and she ended up paying more per person than if she had just done the Open Bar. So, I definitely think it's worth it. Especially with what Janet said about the empty bottles laying around. $55 is a great deal.

Oh Shelley, I'm so sorry you're going through this. Try not to let this get you down. Although I know NOTHING about this stuff, I have to say, I don't think that one doctor's opinion is "your final answer." Even though it may be difficult for you to get pregnant ON YOUR OWN, there's SOOOO much fertility specialists can do now, it's crazy. I have 3 friends who have all given birth using IVF. And get a load of this story - my college roommate tried for years to get pregnant, did IVF twice and had 2 miscarriages in the process. Then after trying for about 3 years, her and her husband gave up and adopted a GORGEOUS little girl from Russia. Well, once she gets home with her new baby, BOOM - she's pregnant. She gave birth to her second daughter and was all set to come to my wedding in April when BOOM - she's pregnant AGAIN!!!! She's due 5 weeks before my wedding - not sure if she's going to make it now. CRAZY!!!

Wow Heidi, I'm sooo sorry. And as weird as this is, I COMPLETELY understand what you're going through. I went through the same thing last year and had the same mix of emotions (I know I posted this recently on another thread.) If you ever need to talk, I'm here for you.
