  1. Hello Avaya, We have done some Jewish ceremonies but we always bring them from US because it seems to be cheaper. However if you need the info from the Rabbi we used you can PM me or here is the info from the Rabbi in Playa that I think is orthodox. http://www.collive.com/show_news.rtx?id=13848&alias=new-building-for-playa-del-carmen Here is a thread from other Brides that can help you to find out. http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/t/67426/rabbi-in-riviera-maya-or-playa-del-carmen-or-cancun Here is our last Jewish wedding at Xcaret. 4. Hello Playain2014, Our favorite Private Location will be this one. We have coordinated, catered and decorated lots of weddings there. If you find the rent fee expensive, they are now offering the location besides with grass and overlooking the ocean. By the way, the first wedding held there was from Sol and Matt from Del Sol Photographer and it was our first wedding coordination from our company too! Please find below links, videos and photos from some of our weddings there. Let me know if you have any questions. Happy planning! 5. Dear JDubya, We do arrange all the excursions from most of our clients and because of that we have found great deals for example: Xel-Ha for 99 usd. per person with food, beverages and trasnportation from Bahia Principe to Xel-Ha included. If you are looking for the entrance it will be cheaper. There is another tour that I love that is "Tulum Xtreme" from Aventuras Mayas that is amazing because you have zip lines, rappel, cenotes and a guiaded visit to the archeological ruins in Tulum. Transportation, food and beverages included for 86 usd. per person. Here are the testimonials in trip advisor: http://www.tripadvisor.com.mx/ShowUserReviews-g150812-d872614-r111861588-Aventuras_Mayas-Playa_del_Carmen_Yucatan_Peninsula.html If you are interested please contact me at [email protected] Best Regards!
  6. Hi Miriam, Yes, I will suggest to send a quick message just to let them know that you still waiting... just in case... Good luck and hopefully you will get it soon!
  7. Hi Miriam, In our experience as wedding planners we suggest to write by now an email to your wedding planner and ask how is it going with your documents... just to keep you posted... Hotels have so much weddings per month that they need a reminder and a small push to make things happen. So just write her an email so she can keep you in mind and at the same time she can "push" the Justice of the Peace. Best Regards,
  8. Joyce is completely right! There is no comparison between hotel's food vs a good caterer's food. Best Regards!
  9. Hello astaats, As brownsugarbride says, it all depends on your budget. Since we are an integral event agency, we do have our own catering & decor company and are offering our coordination services since 7 years ago, our speciality are private locations, so we have slept and experienced most of private locations in the area. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] for more info. Here is a sneak peek (www.playaweddings.com) from one of our weddings in a private location. Enjoy! Happy planning!
