  1. Hello brownsugarbride, I completely undestand your point. To define a location will be one of the most difficult things in the wedding process so if you are not really sure about certain locations you should take the site inspection as a part of your wedding budget. When the couple hire our services before a site inspection we normally send photos, links, reviews and ask them to send us also photos from their needs and taste so we can together define their top 2-3 options for locations depending on their budget and needs. Depending if their choices are AI or private locations we also suggest hotels, villas or condos for their guests to stay. If they have a catholic ceremony, we also visit the Chapel. On the same day or the day after we arrange meetings in our offices with all the vendors such DJ, sound & lighting system, dance floor, musicians, flowers, decor, tablecloth, photo, video, furniture, cake tasting so bride and groom can meet them, see their work, prices and their offers. If Bride and Groom have a private venue then we also arrange a menu tasting with wine pairing and cocktails depending on clients desires and needs. We have been working like this for more than 7 years already with great results! Here is a link where I talked about it in this forum: http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/a/what-is-a-wedding-site-planning Hope the above helped a bit! Kind Regards,

  3. Hello Beach2013, Congratulations in your up coming wedding! We did an indian course a few months ago and since most or our weddings are held in private locations we will be more than happy to help you plan your wedding! We have contacts for Indian veg food and vendor's contact for your wedding! I will PM you to explain a little more about our services. Meanwhile I would like to share with you a few photos of our past course. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.538095016213530.1073741825.116594061696963&type=3 Best Regards!
  4. Hi Dina, We have coordinated weddings at the Now Sapphire when it was Paradisus and we are agree with you, the terrace is beautiful. Here is a link from our wedding there, hope it will inspire you as well. Happy planning! http://www.elizabethmedinaphotography.com/JDKN/
  5. Hi brownsugarbride, Yes, most of our fellow coordinators like to work at the Hacienda Tres Rios because there is flexibility and enough privacy for weddings vs other all inclusive hotels. Most of our weddings are offsite resorts so yes, we do know other locations but all of them are offsite, so for an all inclusive option our favorite hotel with seaside garden will be the H3R. I am attaching the following slideshows so you can have a better idea: 1. Slideshow from beach ceremony set up at the Hacienda Tres Rios. 2. A site inspection to Secret Jewel and Hacienda Tres Rios and a a slideshow from a site planning in our offices. 3. Slideshow from a Garden ceremony in a beautiful tree located at the Grand Coral's golf course. 4. Slideshow from the wedding at a terrace in Grand Coral's Club House. Hope it helps a little bit to clear up your ideas.
