For those getting married or already married at Mayan Palace PV, what menu did you choose? I wanted the chicken with goat cheese and dried tomato but FI don't want chicken or fish, so I received a suggestion from our WC ( prisar) to do a sushis and chicken taquitos at cocktail, then buffet ceviches and shrimp cocktails in different styles as appetizer, chicken, fish, shrimp and brochetas (skewers) to choose with different side dishes and crepes buffet for dessert. Any one had this?

BTW is one of the typical dishes from Monterrey ( my town in the north of Mexico) you can order with eggs called Machaca con huevo or Atropellado the dry meat with salsa... very very yummy!! you can note I am hungry LOL
