I stalk kayak.com... I love that they give you the rates directly from the airline websites

I was thinking about buying the waterproof ones to put inside of my centerpieces. I looked all over but couldn't find them in any stores, and I am nervous about buying them online bc then I can't test the "quality"

Our site visit for 4 nights was comped by our hotel (Occidental Xcaret)... but it was in RM so I guess I am not much help. I think so long as you contact major chains and ask to speak to someone in charge, ie, manager of sales, you will atleast get a really good rate

I am using them for videography, more out of convenience than anything else (they have a studio in my hotel lobby)... so far they have been great with communication, and the prices seem really reasonable. Well, I definitely have to give a shout out to my photographer, Elizabeth Medina... I don't know what your price range is, but I love her and can't say enough good things about her There are a few other photographers in RM that are really talented and also reasonable priced. Have you looked at Claudia Rodriguez and Vanessa Vargas? A few people on BDW have used them... try doing a search for their names.
