I am having daisies for my flowers and I don't want to spend alot of money so I chose to not have flower centerpieces. I was just going to do like a hurricane with sand and pillar...trying to duplicate the pic below: However Maye sent me this next one. I am thinking it isn't bad if I ony do 3 daisies with the votives surrounding it and lose the mirror! Not a big fan! This might also please my FMIL providing her with more flowers and incorporate color into my table?

This is never a fun thing to deal with! I'm sorry! I would say the same as the other girls...try and change it close to the original date. Hopefully no one has booked their trip yet and it won't be a problem I am sure....but do it soon! You will want all your family there that can make it!

I sent save the dates about 2 or 3 months ago and my wedding is 5/26/08. I originally just wanted to do invites and send them early but I did the save the dates because I got all into the boarding pass ones everyone on here was doing. Now I am deciding whether or not to even send invites because we are in communication with everyone we are inviting and we already know who is going and who is not. PLUS...everyone thought the Save the Dates were the invitations!!!! So who knows. My point here is that I think one is fine but whichever one, send it out ASAP!

Then I had an appointment this last saturday and went with pictures and ideas of what I liked and it was great!!! i went by myself because I didn't want to get stressed out...my next trip I am taking my sister. When I went this last weekend, they were great about pics! Since I didn't bring anyone with me, I had two ladies helping me and one of them took pics w/ my camera for me!! They were more than okay doing it!!! have fun and make sure you show us what you try on!!!

That is horrible! Poor girl! I haven't sold on cl in a while, but a few years ago when I was off work moving from one job to the next, I sold quite a bit and I met so many people in busy parking lots only...I felt like a drug dealer or something...it was weird! For a nanny position though I guess there is no way around going to the house to see the kids, etc....that just sucks! I just remembered that this one time I was selling a single TV tray. i mean crazy stuff just to make a few bucks and it's amazing what people want. Anyway, I met this guy at the walmart parking lot so busy, etc...Well he didn't have money with him! WTF?? Who meets someone to buy something and doesn't bring money? So he wanted me to go inside the store with him so he can buy something like gum and get cash back. I told him no, he can go in there and do it himself and I would wait out front. For some reason that I can't recall now he couldn't get money from in the store so he wanted me to follow him to his house which was "right down the street" to get his wallet. I told him he was crazy and I wouldn't do that and that he really should have brought that with him considering how he was meeting someone to "buy"something. I was getting really rude. I should have just left, but I drove like 15 min to meet this guy that I wanted to sell the stupid thing, so I told him he 10 min and I was watching the clock to go to his house get his money and come back or I would be gone!!! He went and got it and paid me and I got rid of the table...but I told people about it afterward and they were all mad at me and thought I would get killed or raped or something. That was actually the last time i sold anything on Cl and that was about 3 years ago!
