Nervous!? yah we tried to figure out away for us both to have something from each other. I am taking on his pretty funky last name so it's the least he can do! I am pretty excited--now that the drama is over I can just work on all my odd jobs.

  3. OMG that is nuts! I thought it was odd that when my sister got married she realized she had been spelling her middle name wrong but to totally have one just appear (or disappear) is so odd. I like the idea of just throwing it on there when you get married.
  4. She actually ended up getting tumors in the spots where she had the injections. She had to have several surgeries and well it didn't end well. After they figured out what it was my sister never had her get the shots again. I am not sure how common it is but it was pretty hard to see.
  5. My sisters cat had the same issue and my sister just refused to let them give her shots. She ended up with major health issues because of the shots.
  6. I just pulled this from our ceremony so it will have our names in it. I have read it several times and everytime I cry so I can't even bring myself to read the one you posted From the words I caught this one is different: Hand Blessing Ceremony Stephanie, please hold Christopher’s hands palms up, so you may see the gift that they are to you. These are the hands of your best friend, young and strong and vibrant with love, that are holding yours on your wedding day, as he promises to passionately love you and cherish you through the years, for a lifetime of happiness. These are the hands that will work along side yours, as together you build your future, as you laugh and cry, as you share your innermost secrets and dreams. These are the hands that will countless times wipe the tears from your eyes: tears of sorrow and tears of joy. These are the hands that will comfort you in illness, and hold you when fear or grief engulfs your heart. These are the hands that when wrinkled and aged will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch. These are the hands that will tenderly lift your chin and brush your cheek as they raise your face to look into his eyes: eyes that are filled completely with his overwhelming love and desire for you. Christopher, please hold Stephanie’s hands palms up, so you may see the gift that they are to you. These are the hands of your best friend, smooth, young and carefree, that are holding yours on your wedding day, as she promises to passionately love you and cherish you through the years, for a lifetime of happiness. These are the hands that will massage tension from you neck and back in the evenings after you’ve both had a long hard day. These are the hands that will hold you tight as you struggle through difficult times. These are the hands that will comfort you when you are sick, or console you when you are grieving. These are the hands that when wrinkled and aged will still be reaching for yours, still giving you the same unspoken tenderness with just a touch. These are the hands that will give you support as she encourages you to chase down your dreams. May these hands be blessed that we see before us this day. May they always be held by one another. May they have the strength to hold on during the storms of stress and the dark of disillusionment. May they remain tender and gentle as they nurture each other in their wondrous love. May these hands continue building a relationship founded in love, rich in caring, and devoted in reaching for perfection. May Christopher and Stephanie see their four hands as healer, protector, shelter and guide. Now I am excited about our wedding!!

  9. Wow, I am not sure how much. Let me see if I can do some math... This is really a big guess and I can't find all the bags. I would say I have about 50lbs of stuff. I have read the same thing-1lb per person but 1/4-1/2 should be good. My main goal was to fill up each container and have some left over for the coordinator to top it off. That is also why I am just putting out cups at first so our guest don't go overboard. I promise to check back in a few days (10 I guess) and let you know if I had enough. Oh and we are expecting 80 guests and I have about 14 types of candy.. One more thing, I got big scoops at first and went and just bought some smaller ones so they would a) fit in the containers better and people will savor things more and get smaller scoops of stuff. I know I would be tempted to take a big scoopful of something if I had a big scoop. But really by my math each person can take about half a pound of candy and that is enough in my book.
  10. Hon, those are beautiful. Where the heck is Robin?
  11. That totally sucks. I bet you are right about the sunscreen being greasy and pulling that bad boy off there. sucks man!
  12. Thanks, I will look into it. I never thought these last few days would just stress me so much. Who the hell breaks down in the craft store! Crazy people..that's who.

  14. Someone from the Knot helped me by sending me a seating chart in Power point. She said she just brought it in to Staples and got it printed. Well that just doesn't work because once they pop it in their computer it changes the format so I turned it into a jpg and the resolution is too low on it. I am trying to copy all the crap into Photoshop but something is up with ours and it keeps shutting down ( on the verge of tears) I have spend hours on this thing and really don't want to start fresh. Can anyone help me? I am trying to print is 18x24 ( something like that) so the resolution needs to be high.
  15. Not sure where there are more Hancock fabrics but they have Pashmina's there. I was there a few days ago and was surprised to see them by the cutting tables. They are like $6.

  17. Oh if only I had done them myself! The DIY princess ,Sarah, did them for me. I just printed them off but she did all the other stuff.
  18. Those are great! That poor little girl, I hope the seats clean up easily.
