I tried to find a butt but no butt for me. Instead I found some foam balls at walmart and I wrapped them each in really thick nude tights. I got a 40ddd cheetah bra to put them in. It does not look real at all- the skin tone doesn't match mine, but I think that just makes it look funnier. They aren't as huge as the picture of this girl, but they are pretty big on me- especially with how far they stick out. I will def post some follow up pics- we are going out Weds so it will be soon. Thanks for all the suggestions. I think this will be a really fun costume and I have a feeling my boobs will be take a beating all night. I also picked up some Lee press on nails and some really big fake eyelashes. I can't wait to put it all together!!

Loved your hair- so perfect. The BM dresses are adorable too! Overall- beautiful wedding. Can't wait to see more pics. Congrats. -
Woohoo. I think this will be a fun costume. Last year we were pirates- Steve was a good Captain Jack Sparrow. I had a little too much fun with my sword. I def need some props. I got my "badge" although Beth doesn't really wear one. I want to though.

I've been thinking I need to make something like this for this exact purpose and then sell them! Cause this is the 2nd year and I haven't really found anything that's really good and "realistic" looking - like I said, the ones at Costume World were prob. the best I've seen so far. And I've done a lot of research Let me know if you figure out something! It's really hard when you want to have cleavage. One of my friends suggested to me to get two of those bouncy balls that you buy in the kid's toy section and then order a 38FFF...bra of the net to fill 'em! I thought that might hurt my own boobies tho! lol Good luck...! I thought about just doing a big bra- that's a good idea too. I jsut wanted cleavage and there's no way I'm spending $100 for some boobies. I have some decent boobies but they aren't the size of my head. LOL Quote: Originally Posted by happygilmore My friend and her husband did that a few years ago......and she bought a big plastic butt and it worked GREAT for the big Beth boobs! I was REALLY sick on my wedding day- terrible cold and sore throat. I was able to get through it and have a great day. I think you can too- just remain postive and make the most out of the experience. Rest as much as you can between now and then! GL!!

Oh that's great ideas- some small stuffed ball. I'm checking walmart out tonight!

So DH and I are Beth and Dog, the bounty hunters for Halloween. I've been trying to wrap my brain around how to make big boobies like these: I want big ol' fake ones- mostly cause I want it to be ridiculous. I'm afraid some might find the resemblance of me to Beth too striking- which isn't good. LOL So anyways, your creative girls. How the heck do you make big ol' fake boobies that look kinda real? I've thought maybe in the pic they took balloons and covered them with nude nylon- but it looks to firm. Maybe it was foam, but how do you get it so round? Please help me become obnoxioulsy large chested!

There are pics of how it looked before the tide came in and I love it. I don't see why they could have pushed things back to make the aisle. hahaha OOOPS! Please apologize to him. Oh so that explains it. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why you had no beach. A hurricane- DUH! Dancing in the surf looked so fun though. That thought never once occurred to me. I guess I didn't really have a whole lot of dancing time to consider it. Did the change the carpet thing on the dance floor? It doesn't look as green in your pictures. It's pretty in yours! Now I need to finish looking! -

Sorry Andi- I should clarify. I didn't have transportation through LC- I only had 22 guests and I took 9 of them over to LC for the whole day. That left only 13 people to come over later. Nicole told me that it would be better if they just took cabs to the marina so that's what they did. However, when they arrived at the marina, there was no one there. They didn't know where to go and they were kinda walking around confused. Thankfully Brad (the minister) saw the group and guided them to where they needed to go. Unfortunately, 2 of my guests arrived separate from the group and they were completely lost and ultimately missed the boat. I didn't even realize it until after the wedding. OOPS. I wish I could give more clarity on HOW they got confused and lost, but I never quite understand where they were in the marina and how they got turned around. But I do know that no one from LC was working the area since Rythms of the Night doesn't leave until much later. Also- the morning of the wedding, when we went to LC it was a total mess too. We were so confused and the cruise director kinda left us in a spot away from the hub bub. We saw the LC boat loading and we panicked and had to ask the pirate workers where we could find some LC staff cause I thought they were forgetting us. It seems like the WC meets most of the brides at the marina, but we only met Kelley once we boarded the boat. I should also note that I had NEVER been to PV's marina prior to this. That could have been part of the confusion too.

Yari's Pro Pics

ok so I lied- i'm looking. hahaha. I LOVE your night pictures. 296+ beautiful sky!! Your GM were soooo wet! Was that from holding the chupa? WOW- I can't believe how the tide came in. I wonder why- I haven't seen that in anyone elses photos. So I read your review and after looking at the pics, when you say there was no aisle to walk up- was that when you guys are walking up the front of the chairs? How come? Was the tide in so you couldn't walk up the middle? -

Man- I don't have time to drink a cup of tea! I wanna look but I leave in 15 mins- no way I can do this. I will come back tomorrow morning with tea in hand. -
Great review Yari. I certainly know how scary it is for posting something "negative" so kudos for doing that. I too had some mishaps and I was really nervous how my review would be received as well. I think you are really helping all the future brides make their day picture perfect. That's a shame so many people got sick. At least they got over it quick and still had a great time. I thought your set up was beautiful in the pictures, and I wondered why the groomsmen were holding the chuppa. I assumed it was the waves, but it still kinda looks cool- like the Jewish ceremony. They had to WALK to the bus? That totally sucks. This is one area that I wish could be improved. It was totally chaotic for my guests at the marina. They had NO idea where to go- actually 2 still missed the boat cause they were at the wrong area. I'm sad you didn't like your bouquet. I will have to check it out. Was it the one you requested? I'm so happy all these things didn't ruin your day though. You can't recreate your wedding, so keeping it positive really does help. It looked beautiful in the pictures though.

the "based on" crap is always tricky. I remember when the Chainsaw Massacre freaked me out- like I literally cried. I'm a sissy though. I googled it and found out that it was "based on" a story of a guy that dug up graves and used peoples skin/body parts to make lamp shades or other weird stuff. Still sick- but it wasn't a guy running around with a chainsaw that cut up people. LOL

I finally got to watch it. I thought the rap was hysterical. We watched it like 3 times because we would laugh and then miss the next part- every line was awesome. Props to Palin for poking some fun at herself. Even more props to Amy because she just rocks. I couldn't stop laughing after the "1, 2, 3." She had me hooked right away- too great. Personally Morgan, I think my fav line was "I like red meat, so shoot the mother humping moose." I think I need to rewatch this for some giggles. I guess I'm in the minority, but I didn't think Palin looked nervous at all. The beginning with Alec was dead, but he couldn't remove his eyes of the prompter. I mean really- he's an actor. He couldn't remember those few lines. I think that's why it fell flat- at least for me. Mark was funny (& cute.)

It's HERE!!
jajajaja replied to BillysBride's topic in Destination Wedding Dresses, Wedding Attire & rings
Heck NO it doesn't make you look fat. It will shape your body so much better when it's laced up! Trust me. I think it looks good as is, so when you got that puppy on tight like a glove, your body is going to look incredible. I just love the bead work too- it's very pretty and if it's a great steal, that's even better! -

The text message @ 3am from your EX!!!!!!!!!!!
jajajaja replied to samanthag's topic in Random Thoughts
Yay, read this thread fully and I'm glad how it ended. I'm also glad you had a moment to really think about your relationship with your ex. I think it helped you maybe have some closure. You realized he treated you like shit, so in the end, you should THANK HIM for dumping you. Although, I'm sure you wish you could have done the honors. Plus this just helped you appreciate your FI that much more. -
Yay! I have this on my DVR. Can't wait to watch.
