Without getting into details that might start a debate that I don't and wont get into, imo- he's more experienced all a round, his views on abortion, climate policy, immigration, education, veteran, the fact that he fought and was a POW for this Country, etc etc etc. In regards to the Rolling Stone article- its just that - an article. I have read manyy disturbing articles about Obama, but I realize that they are more than likely false. I saw a website that said Obama was the anti christ and all this scary stuff, do I believe it, no of course not! There was a DVD I saw about corrupted muslim's and how Obama is working with them to overpower America and take us down, it's complete BS. People have to look past all the media and articles they read and realize that things are made up. At the end of the day though its "To each his own" ...regardless, whom ever the winner is, I hope they are being honest with us Americans and really help make this Country a better place. K bye bye before I get ambushed hahahaaaaaa Good for you Jac. I think its great you shared your thoughts in the midst of the oppostion. I don't plan on ambushing you- yet. LOL I know we all have different views on what we want our country to be but the main thing that we DO share is that we want it to be better. May the best person lead us there.

  5. Well poop Lisa. I say you walk in there and demand your star shapped donut! No one denies a preggo a donut. No one!!
  6. LOL- Carly, I have a split party family too. Well not my DH, but most of my aunts, uncles and grandparents are republican. I don't discuss politics with them because last time (2004) my uncle said college made me a liberal hippy. haha ok....
  7. Oh what a cute little brook! Great yard for some stellar BBQs. Gotta put in a huge patio for that! Congrats on your first home! Have fun making it your own!
  8. Can I just say ditto to you Alyssa? I'm not fond of McCain's healthcare plan nor the "trickle down" economics. I've been dying to discuss politics with others that are not "like minded" because I like to hear what those that support McCain have to say. Unfortunately, it's such a taboo subject (which I wish it weren't this way) and most of the time people get ugly. I think we can discuss it maturely this time!
  9. We have mail ballots. Apparently we started that back in 2000 (which was the first year I could vote for a president)- I don't remember voting prior to that. Anyways, I kinda wish I could experience a polling place. Sounds fun. I'd like to wait in line with all those enthusiastic people. And good for you girls making the extra effort to do that. It kinda disappoints me to know of registered voters in my state that get their ballot in the mail 2 weeks before the election and don't turn the stupid thing in. How lazy can you be!
  10. Good luck girls. I hope CA shows us into the future.
  11. I'm glad she didn't pick Jason!!! I'm in Yari's boat- I don't like Deanna. She's a weee bit too into herself. Anyways, when does the new bachelor start? It's Jason right?
  12. Wait- he recorded a video about his hearthbreak? I dunno folks. This is fishy to me.
  13. Amanda- maybe try giving him a treat whenever it's time to crate up. You know- kinda associate it as something positive. We totally changed that with our boy dog (we crate him because he has chewing problems) and he totally runs into his crate any time we ask now. He even associates that as his "place". I've even heard putting a blanket over it to make it den like really helps too.
  14. I have a small little girl- she's full grown 3-4lbs. Anyways, we don't use the frame because she won't go on it with the frame in place. I even tried buying one of the little bin type thingies that had an areas cut out where she could step inside. Nope- would just pee right next to it. I went to home depot and got a large peice of fiber glass and keep the pad on it. It works really well and if there is a case of mis-aim (which happens a lot with my dog) it doesn't leak off the side. Plus it's easy to hose off. Good luck with the training!

I've worked for a casino for the last 8 years. We have been located in a tiny community for 13. If you have any questions about how it can affect your community- good and bad, just pm me. I do have one question though- is this for a state operated casino?
  16. uh ya Alyssa- I've got the bug bad. I actually want to discuss it with people all the time, but I don't want to seem pushy with my views, so I mostly just fill poor Steve's ear with my chatter. LOL I've been obsessed with pretty much every election I've been able to vote in. So it's always fun.
  17. I absolutely love all your details. I can't wait to see the setup. The canopys over the reception tables iwth the lanterns- AWESOME! Good luck. I bet your guests will never be able to enjoy another wedding after yours.
  18. oh poop. I"m late- I hope your bday was perfect Tammy. Did Jackson give his mommy lots of kisses to celebrate?
  19. woooohooo. Congrats Tara. I'm so happy it was the best day ever. I know you have been planning for it to be that way for a LONNNNG time. Congrats Mrs. And what are you doing? You are on your honeymoon silly girl!!!
  20. Trust me- it's hard finding beth clothes. I don't know where she buys her stuff, but I tried goign to the cheapest and trashiest places. No dice. Their clothes fit toddlers so I know if I can't my ass into it, neither can beth! HA.
  21. and she most likely wouldn't get hef's fortune. He has a son and a daughter- the daughter runs something for playboy. Unless he willed it to her- but I doubt he would even if they were still together. Maybe a small portion but not his jackpot.
  22. I say you just add them to a normal outfit today and just walk around. That's funny all on it's own.
  23. I really like the white- it works well with your skin tone. And what pouch? Your crazy girl. You are beautiful.
