  1. Can't wait to see the official pics. I saw the siggy change and thought maybe there was a thread posted. Guess I'll have to wait. I love seeing the weddings. Congrats Tammy! You look great. Now I'm highly motivated to hit the gym.

Adorable! And not as pricey to make as I imagined when I first looked at them. If I were to drink margaritas and make these, my fingers would end up glued together. Sounds like fun though.
  3. Great idea. I've been bouncing ideas around in my head for a guest book and this is awesome! Thanks for sharing!

  5. I love gerber daisies, but WOW that first rose bouquet is beautiful. Your bouquet will be in every picture. I'd go for the roses.
  6. Cute pics Kara. Thanks for sharing. It looks like you guys has a great time! You look so elated to be married! Congrats!
  7. Kara- Did they do any centerpieces or decor for you as well? Do they have an area that could be set up for a private event? Sunsets look beautiful there!
  8. How adorable is that! Completely steamy. I love it. Not sure I could convince Steve to do it, but it's certainly inspiration. You look SO in love! Beautiful!
  9. Thanks Amy. I just emailed her. Too bad she didn't have a wedding portfolio, but I do like her creative style. Hopefully she is within my budget!
  10. I have looked into both of these photogs in PV. I don't have a large budget for the photog so I was hoping someone would have some feedback on these two PV based photogs. Both have extremely affordable price lists. Roberto Aceves Interphoto 2000 Carlos Melnik Carlos Melnik, Fotografo en Puerto Vallarta / Fotografia para Bodas y Eventos en Puerto Vallarta /Photographer in Puerto Vallarta / Weddings and Events Photography Puerto Vallarta Mexico Fotografos de Bodas en Puerto vallarta If anyone has used either of these photogs and has some feedback, I'd greatly appreciate it.
  11. Plus no one will be thinking about the 4th of july in december so I think you are safe. If you were getting married in the summer months, I'd be worried...but I think your in the clear. Red, white, and turquoise will be beautiful. As for the lanterns, I like the idea of all white with the rest of your decor to pop your colors of red and turquoise.
  12. Oops. I just read May 7th! Not that long ago. Congrats!
  13. So beautiful! Thank you so much for the post! When was your wedding? I have worried about the sun setting too early, but from your pics it was still nice and bright! Nicole assured me that we would have time to take pics before the sun goes down, but it's nice to see it in film.
  14. Now I find one! It was like this, but they were actually submerged. Just a few ideas to help.
  15. A couple of ideas I pulled off the knot that seemed to match what ideas you were working with: with calla lilies: Sorry it's so tiny, but I saw this on a wedding show. It was really pretty how they submerged the mini calla lillies in the bowl. I tried to google for a better pic but this was all I could find.
  16. Nicole just gave me the link of this wedding that took place at Las Caletas May 5th. TONS of pics!! Yah! Please visit: Picasa Web Albums - Jamie - Puerto Vallar... Picasa Web Albums - Jamie - Puerto Vallar...
  17. Or maybe even some rose petals for a touch of color. That's a good cake for a package. Some of the package cakes I have seen...ugh. One looked like a lump of whipped cream.

  19. Oh pretty! LOVE THEM! Are these available in Mexico?
  20. I found this idea on The Knot but I haven't ordered yet, because I'm not positive I will have flower girl/ ring bearer at the wedding. Super cute though!
  21. So excited to see all the pics from the upcoming weddings! I need inspiration! Good luck to all ladies who are to be married in the next few weeks. (I was surprised to see an actual list..don't mess around in this forum huh?) I can't wait for my turn, but must I wait until March? ugh....
  22. Again Marla- Thank you for telling me of this place! You all have been wonderful.

The ocean just looked so much bluer than some of the other pics I have seen from the evening weddings.
