The Dog Whisper is an amazing dog trainer. I don't think he technically communicates with the animals via telepathy. The techniques he uses are amazing, but I've tried to do some of his moves on my dogs but they look at me like I'm ridiculous. I think I need to be more authoritative. I think the mugs are wonderful! I love the colors and the design of the mug. Although the image is really small (I was hoping you could at least read it), I still think they look great. I think Angela had a valid point in noting that your guest would be more apt to continue using them after the wedding with a smaller logo. However, with all that aside, I think it's really pathetic that the company sent you the mugs without your approval. Is it their standard practice to send you a proof first? If so, I would demand some type of retribution- especially since you are not happy with them. That's what's important- your happiness. I don't know about everyone else, I love this forum for so many reasons. One of them is the ability to reach hundreds of brides to notify them of crappy service and warn them about the potential mishaps should they do business with the company. It's sweet revenge for poor customer service. I hope this company makes the effort to make it right.

I'm very interested in the skin products posted. I need to be more proactive about keeping my skin young and healthy. I have noticed lately that my skin doesn't have as much glow as I would like. I have exfoliated but it still just looks blaw. Is obagi an expensive beauty regime? I did a little bit of research and from what I've read it seems you have to go to a dermatologist to receive treatment. Is that correct?

My shop charged a $30 storage fee if it was not picked up within the first 30 days after it arrived. I have an empty room/closet so I picked it up to save the $30. I then just take it back with me for alterations.

I love lace dresses. They always photograph so beautifully. LOVE that you can choose a color of sash too. How fun. I vote for brown. Although I love fushia I think it would be distracting on your dress and that would become the focal point, instead of the whole gown itself. But having fuschia makes it playful too. My maggie dress (tuscana royale) was $1100 but they have a VERY similar version that's $800 (tuscana vidale). It' so similar that I think they ordered me the wrong dress. I wanted tuscana royale because of the coloring but I ended up paying the tuscana vidale price. I'm not sure which dress I got, but it's the right coloring and I like it. If you love maggie's dress line she has a bunch of destination dresses which are cheaper. I was originally looking at this one: I couldn't find it in any bridal shops. It was like $420 I believe. I think it's gorgeous, but alas, I wasn't comfortable ordering without trying it on.

I love playa fiesta weddings. Such a cute hotel. As for Le Kliff, this was one of the options we were exploring in the beginning. I used to have all the details from them- I might at home. It wasn't as expensive as $100 per person. I want to say the overall cost to have our wedding there was a little cheaper than Las Caletas. I don't think they have a wedding coordinator though. I could be wrong. I only communicated with the manager/owner. I'll look through my old emails really quick to see if I still have the pricing. That was like a year ago though so I probably deleted it.

Did it really pay off in the end Lauren? I'm way to cynical and think "they aren't going to give you that crap. There has to be some catch." I won't tell my FI if I made us miss out on good deals.
