I tried to convice our office to get a margarita machine for the day. I even said we could just make them "virgin." They didn't bite.

Ugh- 2 months? I was gone 2 weeks for the honeymoon and I could barely find my desk. Congrats on being back (I think). I would love to go back to school for a bit to freshen up and feel less dumb.

Well crap, I just adviced to make sure they weren't stupid and stand in the wrong order or forget to pack undies. This is WAY beyond stupidity. Here's my problem with people in general. Not just annoying wedding guests and stupid bridal parties. People tend to say "ya sure! I'll be there" but not really stick by what they said. Flakiness is all to common and it's just downright ridiculous. There is no excuse for it. If you saying you are going to do something, then F*ing do it! Unfortunately, the time we get to learn this lesson the hardest is during our weddings. The way people really are becomes apparent really quick! Now, there is a huge difference of telling you first, sure they would like to go and then changing their song a year ahead of time. YOU LEAVE IN A MONTH! I know I wouldn't have $4000 sitting around to cover this expense. I hope you make it well known how much it's costing you because that is ridiculous. At this point, they need to suck it up and whip out their F*ing CC. Sorry- this crap makes me irate. I deal with flakiness all the time from a couple of my friends and at any level, it's not ok. Do what you say you are going to do! Period!

Ok so aside from the crappy friend drama, do you think Dreams will be crazy with kids? I haven't stayed there but during our stay in PV, it was spring break so kids were in full force. Fortunately, our resort had an adults only pool- which most people ignored anyways and let all their kids in it. I get so annoyed by children and thankfully, I wasn't bothered at all during the trip. I saw them, but they weren't crying and annoying the crap out of everyone. So silver lining- I bet your resort will still be awesome even if a few rugrats are running around! OR can you switch resorts? After all, it's a year away?

I'm happy today because it's GORGEOUS outside!

haha I think first, you should finish mowing the lawn! That one might not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, I don't think home improvements ever end! As for projects, I know I get really bored with mine and start a new one before the old is finished. Tis life!

I'm so sorry to hear this. I don't really have advice to offer, but I just wanted to say that truly at moments like this you are tested. This struggle will make your relationship stronger and you guys will know that you can handle any financial problems- considering financial issues is one of the main problems in relationships. I have faith you can work it out! Try to remain posititve- negativity certianly doesn't help anything but make it worse! I'm sure your man will know what to do and it will all turn out ok.

My dress was SO wrinkled when I got there. I tried to let it just hang but the closet wasn't big enough for this. My hotel didn't have a steamer but said I could send my dress out to get steamed for a fee- uhh no thanks. If I'm too afraid to check it at the airport in fear of it getting lost, I'm definitely too afraid to let the hotel ship it out to a steamer. I instead tried to steam it with an iron and ended up scorching a tiny hole in my dress. But then, you have to still lug that thing in to a cab, wait for the boat at the marina and then finally hand it over to the LC staff. Somehow all the wrinkles came out (I think).

Ok so an update. She emailed me back and told me that she mailed it on Sunday. So after a moment of confusion, I realized that I get my pics on a CD- not a website. She said they will be here by Weds. That seems awfully short, but she sent it by DHL. I can't wait! Ugh, waiting is so horrible. Sorry to get everyone all antsy and excited! I forgot I get mailed a CD, not a link. Whoops. At least you kinda know how I feel now. MUhahahah!

Crazy Jamey. My grandma's house had stuff like that happen after her uncle died in it. TV would change channels while we were watching shows and the remote would be sitting clearly on the coffee table. Lights would turn on and off, doors would open up (when windows were closed.) This happened to my sister when she was showering- it opened up 3 times and she finally locked the door so it couldn't do it anymore. She said she made sure it latched fully each time she shut it too. My grandpa nearly saw her jibs. My grandma's dogs are always growling at nothing. They just stand there with their hair up and growling. So scary. The activity has died down though. Maybe he went to the light after terrorizing for a few years. I would totally do that too.

I tend to agree with adding her IF the only reason not to is numbers. My wedding party wasn't even and I personally liked the girls walking in one by one. I always thought it looked odd to "couple" people up when they aren't really couples. I agree this might be a perfect time to get closer to your sister and show her that you would like to have a better relationship. However, I don't know your story so if you don't want to deepen the relationship, then I wouldn't worry about it. I do suspect that you would like to be closer because you are feeling guilty about hurting her feelings. I also had my cousin do a reading during the ceremony- It was very personal touch and I'm sure she was honored. You could tell how much she loved us while she read. This may be a good role for your sister as well, but I think she would still feel that she was passed up on. Ultimately it's up to you.

haha Celina I don't have them yet. I was laying in bed this fine Sunday morning and I casually woke up and then suddenly realized that maybe my pics are here. I jumped over DH and ran to the office like a bat out of hell. Still nothing. This officially sucks! I've reread her email like a 100 times. So when she wrote me Friday and said she was exporting them now and would email them "tomorrow," would tomorrow mean Saturday? LOL I feel like I messed up the riddle.

Maybe- damnit! This just made me even more wound up. I need a beer now!

I think most pinned up do's will look good with both headband and flower as long as you wear your front similar as to how you are wearing it now- with slight body at the crown. Softly pinned up curls would look cute for the back. I'm not a tiara person either, but I think that headband is great! I don't think the FI will think it's like a tiara. It's very pretty.

Everything is so cute Lizz. I love "beerly beloved" hysterical! Your purse is adorable- I'd use that thing all the time! So cute. I can't believe it's almost time! Crazy how time flies!
