So I FINALLY settled on a pair of shoes after ordering and returning another 4 pairs. I bought dyeables so I can wear my pink shoes, but they are not the style I originally was going for. However, I have REALLY skinny feet and I was able to order these shoes in an 8AA (which I didn't even know existed!!!!) So they fit me perfectly. And I'm happy

I'll keep checking for you but those are the ONLY pair of lime-ish shoes I found. Good luck. I was looking for the same style shoes as you but gave up because I couldnt find any that fit! I finally ordered a pair of dyeable sandals and as long as they fit I'm sticking with them. I'm very sad about it but my fitting is on June 2nd so I need to have some thing to wear on my feet.

So I gained some weight since I bought this dress 2 years ago. It was a bit tight around the middle and I decided to buy a new dress. I'm asking for at least $325.00. I also purchased a gown bag and will send that along with the gown. PM me with any offers!

 

 

I was having doubts about my dress this past weekend. I wasn't planning on buying another one...but I couldn't help try this dress on while shoe shopping at Davids Bridal. I love it!!

I chose Dreams Cancun because I really, really, really love the gazebo. I also thought it would be easy to plan considering the amount of information thats on this forum.

This is actually what I was thinking of doing...thats why I need the picture frames! I just don't want to spend alot on the frames so I think the dollar store is a good option.

Oh and I'm not pregnant or anything...unfortunately the 5 pounds is all in my gut!!

I finally took pictures of me in my dress. It's a little snug still but 5 more pounds should do the trick.

What if you had open bar during a cocktail hour and then after dinner? Or just had it for 2 hours instead of 3-4? I've been to some weddings like that before and it wasn't bad.

In Massachusetts, anyone can become an officiant for one day. They just need to send in an application and $$. We are planning on having a friend do this so that we can just sign the papers to make it legal. We do not want to say any vows or anything so we can save that for the Mexico wedding. Not sure how this plan will pan out considering we haven't done that much research yet. Thats FIs only job and he hasn't done it yet

Oh crap is right! That really sucks. Did you call the resort? The room must still be available if it was just cancelled right? This might be a silly question bc my Canadian geography stinks....but is it possible to drive to the US and hop on a plane on the original date?

Jill~do you know if Sunday is a popular day for weddings. I'm not sure bc they dont do the legal ceremony on Sunday...I'm hoping that means that I will be the only wedding

I'm pretty sure that a couple of brides on the forum are getting married on the same day. There is a thread with all of the wedding dates listed. I see that there are some dates with more than one wedding.

I thought Paula's performance was sort of cheesy...probably bc it was definitely lip synched. I think she should stay on her judges chair...she will never be the Paula of the old days...Opposites Attract and Cold-Hearted Snake. Sigh.
