  1. I went on a hunt for hot pink shoes today...but no luck. I even looked online at zappos but they dont have what I'm looking for.

These shoes are great! I love them!

  4. Hey...not to change the subject but I have a quick question. Does anyone know if we can bring our own chair sashes to Dreams? They charge $5 or $6 for colored chair sashes, and I just found them online for WAY cheaper. They are on sale for 10 for $4.90. What do you all think?
  5. When you send a pocketfold invite, where does the RSVP card go? is it just in the envelope with another small envelope? Or does it go in the pocketfold?
  6. Whats an envelope liner? haha...sorry its been a long day. my brain isnt working properly.
  7. I ordered it in Ivory. I'm thinking of hot pink shoes
  8. I found it at a bridal shop near me. But the designer is Bill Levkoff style 611 if anyone is interested.

I hope it continues to be as good as it is so far and I can't wait to come back to this thread after I read them all. Next week, probably! And since I am in love and all, I am kinda disappointed Robert Pattison to play Edward in the movie. He is attractive and all, but no where near as attractive as I make Edward in my head. The books are always better anyway. I was REALLY disappointed with Robert Pattison as Edward! The Edward that I was picturing was way hotter than him. I don't really even think he is good looking. the movie wasnt great but the books are AWESOME!! I even read the transcript of the next book online I hope she finishes it soon!
  10. Here is mine...made by Sprouille Designs. I love it! Sarah is awesome. FoxyBride I like the second one better..but they are both great.
  11. I would love to do evites, but my friend's mom is hosting the shower and my friend and I are just helping with invites, favors, centerpieces. She requested that we send out invities with RSVP cards. I am trying to incorporate eco-friendly ideas into the whole shower...so far I haven't thought of anything fantastic...maybe seed packets for the favors and recycled wine bottles with flowers as the centerpieces. Does anyone have a good idea?
  12. I'm so excited! I finally found a dress for my AHR! I will probably wear my wedding dress for an hour or so and then change into this one. I'm also thinking of shortening it to knee length.
  13. My friend and I are in the process of planning a bridal shower. I would like the invitations to ask guests to use recyclable wrapping paper or to be creative with how they wrap gifts...use newspaper, paper bags, or just not wrap them at all. I don't want the invite to be tacky...the idea is to save money and be environment friendly. Any ideas?
  14. I was pretty unsure about OOT bags too until recently. I just decided to go for it but make it really simple. I am not including anything personalized because its more expensive. I bought reusable grocery bags for less than 2.00 each, chapstick with SPF from BJs, gatorade & crystal light drink mixes, and alka seltzer. I am going to add water bottles and snacks once we get to Mexico. I think that each bag will be around $10 when I'm finished. I think the OOT bags will be in place of favors at the reception...but I haven't decided on that yet. I don't think that your guests are expecting them, they will be happy with whatever you choose to do!
  15. I think its a great idea! It is definitely a favor that will be used by most of your guests...which is the most important part! Even if they think the advil was an interesting addition at first, they will certaintly be thanking you for it later on. Great thinking!
  16. Hi. I just purchased my OOT bags. It took me forever to decide what to do, and finally I decided not to personalize. I figured that people would be more likely to use the bags again if they didnt have my name on them (just my opinion based on my guests...I personally LOVE the personalized bags). I decided to order reusable grocery bags. I know it seems a bit silly but they are big enough to fit large towels in and they are very inexpensive. I ordered them from CYMA Bags and was very happy with my order. PM me if you want to see pictures or need anymore info. I don't check in on the forum everyday so a PM is best. Hope that helps.
  17. Wow these are great! Unfortunately I just bought mine! I may be interested in the bouquet jewels. If you have time, can you please post a picture of the pink ones? Thanks!
  18. The starfish are great! Thanks for the links.
  19. We are having a BBQ in my parents backyard under a tent. It hasnt been finalized yet, but I'm thinking we are serving hamburgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, and salads. We are doing cupcakes instead of a wedding cake. My FI is going to make a cupcake tower...we'll see how that goes!
  20. Our wedding is in July and we registered last month. I would start early...it takes a very long time and is only fun in small doses. I think the earlier you register the better. People start asking pretty early about the registry.
