I would search around for the shirt on different sites. I found much better prices on other sites than I did on this one. Post a pic of the shirt and who makes it and I'll start the bargain hunt!!

That is very pretty. I actually considered a seashell bouquet b/c I saw pics of one a girl used in her DW and it was GORGEOUS! This is the pic I have with the bride's seashell bouquet. For some reason I can't find the close-up, so this one is really kind of hard to see ...

To my knowledge, they usually do their best to upgrade the bride and groom. I would also email a week ahead of time to remind them its your wedding ... and have TA and/or WC do the same. Also request an upgrade once you get there.

For the guitarist ... are you having mostly instrumentals?

Great review! It's so good you were able to do a site visit. Wish we had that ability ... but hopefully all will be well with our decisions! Did you notice a difference in the resorts based on price as well (was the nicest also the most expensive, etc).

Have you looked through the DIY threads that walk you through designing your own? I had no idea about monograms until I found this site and was not very creative (or so I thought) but I managed to come up with some awesome stuff based simnply on the guidance available in the DIY forum threads.

Totally cute!!! Love them! And they are great for after the wedding too so you can get some good use out of them!!!

I love the taco stand idea .. and how about those cute Mexican Donkeys that Kate (LALA) had as her guest book. YOu could do an AHR guestbook that way -- or use them as favors and write your names and wedding date on them to give out.

I love how it hangs off the shoulders like that. Very pretty. Too bad so many of these bridal salon people don't help make the dress buying process a fun and memorable experience...

Nope, I am not worried at all. But FHhasn't even asked about it. (Hopefully he didn't sneak a peek either since it's in one of the spare bedrooms). I know he will love it!!

Also, if you like the Guest Signature Plate idea, but want something other than a palm tree ... just do a Google search for "wedding signature plate" and there are a TON of different ones to choose from, especially if you want a more traditional one.
