  1. lol. that is too funny, Rebecca! I LOVE dreams -- used to keep a dream journal and analyze them all the time. It's very interesting and can make a lot of sense if you do it long enough -- but most of our dreams are either random or easy to dissect. I usually have pretty vivid dreams. I hate the scary ones. Tom wakes me up sometimes b/c I am crying or flailing or something crazy.
  2. Can't wait to hear allm about Excellence! Almost picked it for our HM!! And WELCOME!!!
  3. I showed them to the family who attended my recent bridal shower ... and there were mixed thoughts. Many like dht eone w/o the handle b/c they would use it in their car after the fact. They also liked the 'readable' logo. But others (drinkers) wanted the one w/ the handle b/c it would be easier to carry and hold more drink. So ... I think the drinkers will get the handle mugs and the older folks who are less drinkers will get the non-handled mugs ... which means we will mix it up for the guests and hope for the best. Thanks so much for all the input!!!
  4. I think this needs to be spelled out to any potential bride before signing any contract AND that it HAS to be in the contract -- b/c if you don't know about it, they can not uphold you it. Ridiculous.
  5. I ordered mine from Oriental Trading and don't need all of them. I think they came with 12 ... so I could sell you the 5 that you need. Just PM me...
  6. If you are trying to add it to your signature, under the profile portion, you do it the same way. If you are trying to add pics to the Photo Gallery portion of your profile, I don't think that area is working...
  7. Hey Carly/Trisha, Is there updated shipping estimate info? No biggie, I'm not in any rush ... I just love getting packages in the mail. lol
  8. Do you have a Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket account? If not, register for one (free) and upload your pics to that site. Then, use the IMG code (the bottom one listed under each uploaded pic in your album) and copy and paste that code into the BDW area you are trying to post your pics. Good Luck! It took me forever to figure out how to post pics when I first joined to! :-) You'll get the hang of it!
  9. I'm small busted, but I have a Flattering Me bustier for my dress. They are like $70-$90 at bridal stores, but I got a brand new w/ tags one on eBay for $24.99 and I love it. The seamstress at David's Bridal even asked about it -- saying she had never seen one but loved it. It works better for me than the ones offered at David Bridal b/c the boning in the DB bustiers was still slightly visibly through my dress. You can find the seller by searching eBay for chelsea-marketers.
  10. Love them! I was just going to add the ribbon, but love how the flowers turned out as well!
  11. Ew ... that really sucks. Has anyone already gotten an outside photog booked? That would be a reason to steer away from that resort IMHO -- if I wanted a certain type of photography. I am surprised the resort allows that much pull from a photographer.

That's a great idea for the baby -- and prefect to use a baby monogram with a little footprint or something on the announcement cards once Nugget is born!!!

  14. I like the first one best (love the "I DO" shirts!!!) but I would either change the font or darken the font color. It's really hard to rad clearly on both options.
  15. Mel, I was thinking "add something about Raeka being close by .. she'll have ideas" but *doh* i didn't remember to do it before hitting 'submit post." lol
  16. Beautisul dress! Love the blue/orange theme too -- my accent colors are aqua and coral. Love it so far!
  17. This is ssoo great Sarah! What better line of work for you (besides RN, of course!) than something like this that you are oh so fabulous at! I'm going to get the free one -- but might even be back for more -- to use for the DW and after!
  18. Why not do postcard "reminders" leading up to the reception -- and another link to your website that requires slackers to respond with an RSVP if they are coming?
  19. abeachwedding.net homepage Sugar Beach Weddings/Beach Weddings in Florida/Beach Wedding Destin/Florida Beach Weddings/Get married on the beach in a Florida wedding Florida Beach Wedding Destin,Pensacola Beach,Destin Florida Beach Wedding,Beach Wedding in Florida,Beach Wedding Packages,Destination Wedding I just found those online. But I have been to Destin and it is ssoo gorgeous. Do you live nearby? If so I would scout out the area and the beaches and find your dream location. I think a perfect setting would be a private beachfront house that you rent for a few nights and have the ceremony on the beach and reception right there at the house.
  20. Nope. No way in hell we could have. I'm giving the BM's nice beach bags with lots of stuff in them as their gift ... and FH paid for the GM shirts and got the Reef Dram sandals for them as a gift. Both BM's and GM's are getting Dominican Rum as well. But no way we could have even helped with their lodging and flights. When we asked people to be in the bridal party -- we told them if it's a financial strecth that we understand.
  21. Too cute! One more idea to think about DIY'ing. OMG -- I'm going to have a meltdown!
