When you send the email with the link to the website, anyone who views your pics (which I would think would be EVERYONE!!), will the Registry information be visible as well? If so, then I think that is a good, subtle, way to show that you are registered without making it sound like your hinting for gifts. And make sure your family and close friends know so they can pass the word along if anyone asks.

When I had mine done, it was the first time Jill Higgins Photographer Destination Wedding Photography Savannah Charleston Tallahassee Valdosta had done that kind of shoot ... but saw her work online for weddings and such and really liked it ... so when she said she was willing to do the Boudoir photos for me, I jumped at the chance ... and I absolutely LOVE them. So, I would suggest if you've found a photog in your area who's work you like, talk to them about the Boudoir shots and see what they think. You may find you get a great deal b/c it will help them build their portfolio, so they may be willing to cut their price.

That is so awesome! You don't see too many guys these days who take an active role in this kind of thing ... it speaks volumes about Jason -- and your relationship!

I wish I could ... but I simply can't afford it at this point. What I will do is once we get closer to the date and I see how our funds are looking. If we have enough, I will put some money towards the final payments of our bridal party rooms.

I have lots of different things I like to do, and lots of friends who don't like the same things. We had a pre-bachelorette party at a race track in June ... we are going camping another time ... renting a lake house for another ... and going out for the "downtown" bachelorette thing in Charleston SC for another. All different girls and a few of the same. Not my idea but friends want to do different things and it works cos I like them all ... so it will be several small bachelorette parties as opposed to one big one. Out of town friends will be able to come to which ever they can since they are all indifferent places ... and I have more parties than I could hope foe. I LOVE my BM's!!!!

We almost picked that for our honeymoon! I think if we go back to the DR after our wedding/honeymoon, we will go there next!

I think unless it's a Couples Shower, then you should send the thank you's from you only. Unless the gift card is addressed to both of you ... but usually unless it's a Couples Shower, it would be only for the bride and that's how I would send the thank yous...

I LOVE this site and have been having a lot of fun updating the site ... but I'm having trouble adding background music. If anyone uses this site, can you let me know if you've had any issues. It says I only have 1024KB of space available for audio files. The smallest I can get my MP3 file compressed to is 1.2MB. Aarrgghh!!
