This attachment is is a cake done at the resort I'm getting married at. Great pics. Can you link to another site so we can see them bigger? Was it tough to find room to transport all those buckets, becuse they are ssoo cute! I would love to do that but it might be too much to lug through customs (those beach buckets are pretty cheap too!). YOur dress looks beautiful! Can't wait to see more!!!

I tried to get 4/13/2008 (our first date was 5/13/2006 --Friday the 13th -- and we got angaged on 6/13/2006) ... but the rates were higher that week, so we decided on the following week (4/19/2008 ). However, even though 4/13/2008 is a Sunday, I found a notary who will meet with us to sign the papers that day, so our 'legal' day will still be the 13th!

I'm doing mine on my own. All I have to but is the transfer paper, though (the joy of working for the manufacturer of printers (Konica Minolta) ... we have more printers/copiers in our office than you could imagine!).

I agree that I'd want my hubby-to-be to be waiting for me at the altar and not walk me down the aisle ... but I definitely think you have a close enough family on both sides that whatever you are most comfortable with will be the right thing. I don't think I could walk down the aisle alone either. :-)

I am definitely using a starfish jewel in my bouquet, but was looking at pics form some random photographer websites, and it got me thinking. What about around the ribbon on the bouquet stems, to do something personalized and different. I think I will have dog tags made with our names and wedding date and wrap it around the bouquet ribbon, as a little "military" touch. I thought the dog tags could also be cute for all of you ladies who consider your canine pooches to be a big part of your family! Have dog tags made with their names and include them in your bouquet ribbon, since they couldn't make your DW. Anything that adds a personal touch. Raeyden's Mama (sure I spelled it wrong ... trying to go from memory) could get a cool skull & crossbones for the bouqet, etc.

I am using silk and brining them with me, so not sure about flowers. I do know you can send pics and they will try to duplicate it, but don't bank on it being exactly the same. I also just spoke with a PPC bride and she says for the beach reception option ... that they have a raised wooden dance floor, which sounds cool. She is trying to find me some pics of it from her wedding to send me. I'll post when I get 'em!
