I get where you are coming from, I'd be disappointed too. I don't even think it's selfish of you to vent about it here, that's what this forum is about! The only thing I would say is to keep the venting here, cuz people who aren't "brides" right now or recently, would totally think it was selfish. Lucky for you, we all understand!

I would just ask her, but I have never been to a bachelorette party that was all the females invited to the weddding. Usually it's just close friends, or sometimes friends of friends. But I would just mention it, like, I know I am usually so low-key, but I was really hoping we could do a bachelorette party, had you already thought of that? Or something equally non-chalant.

I was going to suggest the same thing that others have... Get legally married here, nothing big, but maybe just you, your son and your FI and then have a sumbolic ceremony in JA. It would probably make the paperwork easier! (Although, I had no problems with it, didn't want to scare you.)

My sister's ex-husband is Canadian and when he left them, he moved back to Canada. So when my niece and nephew go to visit him, they have a letter as well. I am not sure that they ever had to use it, but we also needed a letter from him to take them to JA for my wedding. Again, I am not sure that they used it. But I would do what I could to be prepared, b/c getting to a border and encountering a problem would really suck. I think Anthony is just bitter and trying to lash out. I am so sorry that you are going thru this. What if you went to an attorney to get something drawn up about how you have full custody? I don't know anything abuot the law really, but calling a lawyer might not be a bad idea to find out what you can do.

Don't move the date, if that's not what you want. I had mine on a Saturday, so I didn't have to deal with this, but there was other things. No one is ever happy with EVERYTHING that you choose. It is unconventional to get married on a Wednesday, but it's also not that commong (except on here of course!) to have a DW. So do what pleases you. I know, easier said then done. Hang in there, your time is almost here!

The cheddar chex mix are my absolute favorite. Second favorits is any flavor of chex mix. I feel like I get alot in there but it's still not eating "bad". I wish there were more flavors that I liked! I haven't found any there were sweet enough to get my sweet tooth, but the chex mix def gets my salty needs!

Tammy - do you still use this? I have eyelashes like Snuggaluffagus from Sesame Street. They are longish, nothing spectacular, but super thing and flat. I have used eyelash curlers, even HEATED eyelash curlers and nothing works. I don't have the money for this now, but if it worked for you and you had no complaints, I am totally adding this to a wishlist!!!

We sure did! We actually left our reception under false pretenses to take care of business! Since our reception was on the terrace of our resort, we jsut had to run back to our room and had a real quick quickie! It was great, cuz it was such a long day, I can't even remember if we remembered to have sex later when we officially went to bed!
