I just started this on Monday, along with the 200 squats and 200 sit-ups. Btw, there's an iphone app for all three of them that I downloaded that walks you thru each day. I am also going to do the C25K program shortly...
I suck though so here's how my routines went:
Week 1, Day 1 ...
100 push-ups
(for my test, I could barely do one, so I said 1)
- sets: 2, 3, 2, 2, 3 = 12 total
200 situps
(for my test I think I told it 10 even though I could do more)
- sets: 9, 9, 6, 6, 8 = 38 total
200 squats
(for my test I told it 15 even though I could do more)
- sets: 13, 16, 9, 9, 13 = 60 total (my legs were KILLING me the next day!)
Week 1, Day 2 ...
100 push-ups
- sets: 3, 4, 2, 3, 4 = 16 total (I could barely make it thru)
200 situps
- sets: 9, 12, 9, 9, 10 = 49 total
200 squats
- sets: 13, 16, 13, 13, 16 = 71 total
