  1. Actually, that's not gross at all! That's what I want to happen to me! I want to get addicted to it, but I don't see that happening. However, since you are feeling better in your clothes and in general, I'm going to use you (and everyone else who is doing this!) as an inspiration b/c I need something to motivate me!
  2. I'm going to merge this with the main thread...
  3. So does anyone notice any major weight losses? I've been bad about committing to this once I found out how hard it was, but think I might be more motivated if it gave good results.
  4. Nope, not the only one! I wasn't interested in it in the least. I love looking at the photos and think they are among my favorite to view, but I knew it wouldn't be an enjoyable experience for me. Plus I blew my budget on my dress by spending about triple on it, so there was no way I was going to "trash" it! (Even though I've heard that it's often cleaner after the TTD.) So it's totally a personal decision and I can admit that it's not one that I'm upset about skipping.
  5. Oh good, I'm glad you got it figured out! Now you can get back to "work" (of course with "work" being "BDW'ing"!)
  6. Omg, Bill is the ugliest person on the show! My husband makes fun of me b/c I can't keep my opinions to myself. He grosses me out so bad that it's all I can think of when he's on the screen. 7. Have you submitted a request thru the BDW TA banner that is across the top of your screen? I believe it will direct you to the TA for the area that you are interested in and then they can contact you and you can discuss your options. 8. It's open enrollment for insurance at my work, so I'm looking into getting this done next year. I'll withdraw the money into my pre-tax expense account and use it. I'm super excited about even THINKING about doing this! I'm waiting for a call back to schedule my consult, but the earliest I could get it done would be July 1, so that it would be in our next fiscal year. Anyway, my only real question is how much did it cost? I'm going to Scheie Eye Institute, which is probably more expensive but they are part of my campus, so it just seems right. I've been researching and get such varied amounts, I thought I'd post here and see what you all paid...
  9. I liked these two together! Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy Split - Breakups, Couples, Jenny McCarthy, Jim Carrey : People.com Quote: They're grateful for the time they spent together and only wish the best for each other. But for Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy, it's over. "Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five-year relationship," Carrey's rep Marleah Leslie tells PEOPLE. The two had supported each other through many life events, including the birth of Carrey's first grandchild after the actor's daughter, Jane, gave birth to a son in February. "I'm so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together," McCarthy, 37, said in a statement. "I will continue to be in his daughter's life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart." In announcing the split on his Twitter page, Carrey, 48, echoed her warm sentiments. "I'm grateful 4 the many blessings we've shared and I wish her the very best! S'okay!" Carrey Tweeted. Still, the breakup came as a surprise as the pair had always appeared to be among Hollywood's happiest and most devoted couples. In February, the two were the picture of happiness publicly. "Jenny is the first person that I’ve been with where I don't have a giant question mark over my head," Carrey told PEOPLE at an event they hosted to support McCarthy's autism organization, Generation Rescue, in Miami. He also discussed their upcoming plans for Valentine's Day, telling PEOPLE, that "everyday is Valentine's Day" with McCarthy. Over the years, Carrey has also grown close to McCarthy's son, Evan, who has Autism. "He taught me how to love," Carrey said in 2008 at a march in Washington, D.C. "And without Evan I might never have seen the greatness of Jenny's spirit." For her part, McCarthy has praised her then-boyfriend's devotion to Evan telling PEOPLE, "[He has the] capacity to love and to take on something that most men would completely run away from." As for McCarthy herself, as early as 2007 Carrey said their romance was the real deal. "We also encourage each other," he said. "We're both on the same path, so it's really real."
  10. Hmmm, interesting issues. I don't know of anyting going on with the forum, is there a way you can check it from another computer? I'm going to make sure that Tammy host sees this thread, jic it is something going on with the entire forum though...
  11. Midnight Sun is from Edward's perspective. I'm going to see if I can get it on my iphone kindle app b/c I don't mind reading books on there, but hate reading them on my computer. Gotta remember to do that.....
  12. I like #1 better. #2 is nice and all, but for some reason it reminds me of a baby announcement or christening or something...
  13. Oh another note on this - group your document into 10 photos so you know when to start a new post. Since each posting can only have 10, I had mine broken into post #1, post #2, etc. That way, it was even easier when the time came to start my thread.
  14. You guys are putting me to SHAME. I never even completed week 1, or restarted it last week when I was supposed to. I plan on doing it tonight, I HAVE to. However, still in love with 100 push-ups, 200 crunches, 200 squats. I've been doing them, except for a small break alst week when I couldn't move my arms for a few day! I'm up to 18 push-ups consecutive, but like 70 total!
  15. I am merging this with the Mexico safety thread, please perform a search before starting a new thread.
  16. Oh, I love Tammy's work, I can't wait until you get your photos back!! I loved the day I got my bd photos back from my photog. Ahhhh, to be back in the planning stages again...
  17. Why do you have to pay via wire transfers? I can't recall how I paid, but I'm sure it was with a credit card or check...
  18. I added you! I don't know much about this yet though, just signed up last night... Quote: Originally Posted by Debs Yes yes!! What's your Plus+ name? Mine is doobiedoo73. Please visit! I have lots of places to play!
  19. I finally figured it out and it was so freaking simple I don't know what was wrong with me. I even think it was something suggested a while back and for some reason never tried it? I can't explain it, but figured I'd post it here for anyone that is having a brain fart. Export iphone calendar app (not ical) into Google Calendar - Calendar Help Quote: - download a trial version of MS Office (standard will do) - sync iphone/touch calendar with Outlook via options in itunes - open Outlook and save calendar (creates .ics file) - login to Google and import calendar file (bottom left, "Add") Quote: Originally Posted by carly I'm trying to figure out how to sync my iphone calendar with my google calendar, does anyone know? I found this site that I thought would work, but all it did was add the google calendar to my calendar options. I want it to import my calendar info from my iphone calendar into my google calendar b/c I use the iphone one for EVERYTHING and have so much stuff set up in there. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to make that happen?
  20. No I don't, but google might. I tried to google womens to see a definitive answer, but couldn't find one for woman. I think there was a website dedicated to mens average shoe size.
  21. I think I remember reading that 7.5 is the average shoe size for US, but I knew my bridal parties shoe sizes so was able to buy from that. I would just buy a variety of sizes, but don't forget the ones with small feet too!
