Love your BM dresses. I can totally picture them blowing in the breeze.

I'm not usually a fan of silver accessories other then jewelry, so I was having trouble picturing it, but these sandals are so cute! I think you have a winner!

Have you been out to try dresses on yet? It's all personal preference and what's best abuot DW's are that they are pretty much anything goes, whatever makes you happy. I know a few girls looked into short dresses and didn't feel like a bride so ended up with a long gown. I can picture one girl who had a short dress, but I can't remember her name/username and it was absolutely stunning. I don't think you should listen to anyone but yourself, so go out and try a few long and short dresses on and see how you feel! I think you'll know almost immediately which you prefer.

They look awesome! I love all the colors that you used, so fun. They look like something I would make/buy.

Names are our big issue right now too! I have a TON of girl names that I love and we even agree on one that it's in my top 3, so we are probably good there. But neither of us likes ANY boy names! What is up with that? Why are boy names so hard?

You need a min post count before you can access attachments, or you can chose to pay a small fee to override the need for posts. However, I know Rebecca personally and I think she'd be a great person to help you out!

You should be able to update the thread title though, and you can put the price in there. I would update it to something like "....*price update in post #xx" as the end, then people will be able to see it.

Congrats and welcome! I didn't find it necessary to have a stateside coordinator, we just used the resort one and she was good. I will warn you though that sometimes they aren't as quick to reply as we want them to be. Things are different in "island time"! Good luck!

Congrats and welcome! Wow, it's so awesome that you are already in Hawaii to get married. It's one of the top places that I want to go to, but is always pushed down b/c it's so expensive to go there. I haven't been, so no advice, but good luck!

And I've never been to MX, but I've seen tons of pics of Moon Palace and I looooove it.

Welcome to the forum! I actually relished in planning the wedding myself, most of the time anyway. I'm sorry MOH flaked and that you are feeling stressed that you'll be doing it alone, but you have hundreds+ here who are willing to help!

Oh, I'm so glad that things turned around for you with the bookings. I was going to say that quite a few of my guests booked last minute (or what seemed like last minute to me since I was trying to plan for everything!). I think it's hard for people to understand that people like us, who join a DW forum, aren't usually just doing the type of wedding were you show up and everything is done for you. Some chose DW's for that reason, but some of us like to still do lots of crafts or planning and I think people don't understand that when they book late.

The first vacation my now husband and I went on was to the DR and we LOVED it. Great choice. And don't feel to overwhelmed about all the stuff you can find on here, b/c it won't end up mattering as much as you thought. There are SO many of the little things about my wedding that I realized late in the game weren't necessary. They were more work then reward. Like the OOT bags, I sewed my own which was fun and cute, but then I filled them with junk instead of one or two nice things. I regret that. And the guest book too. We only had 20ish guests so the book looks silly b/c it's practically empty! Anyway, my point is that you will find a zillion and one ideas on here that you want to do, but you can't do them all. The ones you chose to do, you will have plenty of help here! I just wanted to say that I love this post!
