  1. So funny you said that Tami, cuz I was thinking of emailing her to see if she carried the real-touch hibiscus. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask!
  2. Hmmm, my hair is pretty short right now, but I'll see what I can do. Maybe I can get my sister to do it on the weekend. I can try to take one myself of course, but I am not promising to post that! Warning though, that hair will just be in a pony.
  3. Exactly! That is all I want. I would've been content with 100's of no's! It's just that you can't plan anything for down there until you know the number. our budget for Jamaica is small since we are going all out for our AHR and depending on the amount, ti would be great to have a private reception. I can't wait to send my invites so I can hopefully get more honest no's.
  4. Trish - I am in and my order is still correct. Here is the link to the pash's for easy access - fashionUnic.com
  5. Funny how that works, isn't it? Originally, we wanted a smaller scaled DW and a full size AHR, but we were getting so many people saying that they wanted to come, we decided to make it an open invitation and let whoever comes, come. Well it turns out that not even the people that wre originally supposed to come are going, let alone the people that we included after they all said they wanted to come!!!! It is very frustrating and it's hard to let it go. Somedays I am mad about it, somedays I am fine. A smaller DW I think is more intimate and totally more my style, why we chose a DW in the first place! I just wish people would say they aren't coming so I could move on with my plans.
  6. Trisha - great idea! I never would've thought of tissue paper!! And no problem about the paper, I need to do some test prints before I even decide what colors I want and whatnot... The ink shmeared a little bit on the RSVP and the invite so I highly recommend you put tissue paper in between your layers
  7. I have been wondering the same thing. I wasn't originally going to do this, but I think i want to know, of course, thanks to all the wonderful ladies at BDW! Let the research begin!
  8. Yay! Congrats! I remember it was the BEST feeling after I bought my dress!
  9. Hmmm, a few girls on here used red and blue together - Lala (Kate) and anagarcia (Anny). I think Anny used a lighter color blue and they both looked awesome!
  10. So I got my flowers today. I have to say I am a little disappointed. Perhaps my standard was too high, but I really wanted them to look real. They don't at all. I clipped one in and it looked ok though, so that is all that matters. I will say though, that they are alot bigger then I thought. I hadn't thought to measure my head or anything, but apparently it isn't as big as I picutre it! :-)
  11. Amy, they look awesome! I love the rapphia (sp?). I also like the starfish and never thought about putting them in a bubble envelope!! I hope I remember to check back on this thread while I am at work tomorrow so I can save your pics.
  12. I just un-registered there as well today. I have enough headaches, if I can avoid even one, it's all worth it.
  13. Sounds like you have all your bases covered, Corey! So my responsibility in this would be to receive each individual payment via paypal and then make a lump sum payment to the compnay, correct? Once the list is complete, if you or Trish could send me the completed list of who ordered what/owes what, I can send a PM to all with my Paypal info. And I can easily track who I received from and who I still need from before we place the order. They better get turquoise and orange back though!!!!
  14. The European designers all run tiny - I am normally a 2-4 (mostly 4 since I put on a few lbs), and my wedding dress is a 10. But in David's, their line, the 2's fit. But in David's when I tried on the other designer (the name is escaping me, but the dress was beautiful!), the 8 fit. So they are kinda all over. Oh in other stores, the 8 wouldn't evne fit over my boobs, and I have none! So don't feel discouraged. It is all about how the dress makes you feel when you put it on. If it makes you feel better, remove the tag after you bought it so you never have to see the ugly number again.

  16. I thought there ws an additional fee somewhere unless you had "business" paypal or whatever it's called...
  17. I think I saw that before, or someone else who did the same thing. It is crazy and very self-important!
  18. I have a paypal account - but does it have to be a certain one that allows people to send money there? I will have to look into that when I have time. We are spackling and painting tongiht, so perhaps tomorrow at work...
  19. So funny, Heidi! I was just doing this search at lunchtime! I bookmarked this site, I don't think there is a minimum - Assorted Color Plastic Cups
  20. And, Jenn, you are right, the pics dont do them justice! They are beautiful in person!
  21. Yeah, I decide that I don't like the luggage tags that I got from Vista Print as much as I thought i would, so I am going to redo them. Hahahahaa, for the 3rd time mind you.
  22. I also found a blue metallic that was the same as the compnay I bought my STD from, and I found it in Michael's. It all depends on what they call it. I found my orange too, but they called it mango or something, so when I was doing searches for it, it never came up since I was searching for orange. Here's another site - Metallic Cardstocks
  23. I think I know what I will be doing at lunchtime! Un-registering at Target and finding the good elsewhere!
  24. A couples massage? What about ticket to a show, like Cirque Du Solei or something??
  25. Cardstock - ActionPaper.comCardstock - ActionPaper.com is claiming to have an aquamarine, but it's pretty light. You want the brighter/deeper aqua, right? I do too, so I will search around at lunchtime to see if I can find any...
