It's in Chalfont, called Los Sarapes. Heidi knows it, since she grew up there. It was delish and it's just the cutest restaurant ever. We did have a great time!

So my bridal shower was Sunday and it was awesome! It was at my fave little Mexican place that serves THE best margarita's around. I am not usually a fan of mexican food, but I always like the food at this place. Anyway, I don't know if you all can get this from me over the internet, but I am extremely shy and honestly can't stand being the center of attention. Like I usually break out in hives and I sweat like crazy, oh yeah and I shake too. So I made it thru my shower and I am so glad it is over! It was so nice and I enjoyed every minute of it, even though I was shaking like a leaf for 3+ hours. My sister (Jill), Jacqueline and myself made the soap favors and they looked so cute in the basket my sister set up, but of course no one got a picture of that. I really wish we had. But I got lots of generous gifts and couldn't ask for a better day with my family and friends! My absolute fave gift was a scrapbook that my friends made for me that covers almost 20 years of friendship. I cried then. I was cracking up, cuz there were pics from when we were like maybe 10 and we would "model" in my bedroom. Put on funky clothes and pose. Hahhaaha, oh lordy. That book was awesome though! Here are a lots of pics. Since you girls are always wanting more, I am just going to give you lots to begin with! Mods, if it's too many or something, just let me know and I can remove a bunch. (As I am looking at the pictures, I notice that blue and orange were the colors used, I wonder if that was on purpose or if the restaurant always uses it...) Yup, my resort said they will clean them up for me and not to worry about it. They wer trying to charge me $150/bag and she said I would need at least 2 bags. No fricking way was that going to happen.

I ended up finding a seller on ebay who sells 1000 petals and it was cheaper then anywhere else (barely, but hey, every $1 counts!). I ordered tangerine but I didn't get them yet... I was really torn between mixing colors and stuff, so when I found them for that amount and size, I just bought it and figured I don't have to think about it anymore! I hope the tang is cool...

For the ceremony, I have a steel drum band playing and we didn't pick any songs yet!

I know, I want a billion of them. I wish I knew what they all smelled like, though. I ordered scents I had never heard of!

I just thought I would share my positive experience with you all. Perhaps I am not used to good customer service since Beaches sucks ass, but I was pleasantly surprised by the company that I bought my sand from. 60+ Wedding Sand Ceremony Colors! They have lots of great colors of sand and the prices are pretty good. Anyway, I ordered my sand and just barely a week later I received the package. The tape that was along all the corners was blue and when I opened it up, it was b/c the bag with the blue sand had a tiny hole in it. There was blue sand in the box, but the majority of it remained in the bag. I wasn't really concerned with it, but figured the company should know if there was something wrong with the packaging. So I emailed them and let them know that everything was fine, but there was a tiny hole. I also let her know that barely any sand was missing and I just thought they should know for future packaging. Within minutes she emailed me back and let me know she is going to mail me new blue sand immediately. She was very apologetic and I was just so impressed. Again, I have been having a horrible time with the resort that I chose, so perhaps my expectations aren't that high, but I thought I should pass the info along to a wonderful vendor! I would highly recommend them.

I bought that hat in white and the tan/brown. Love it. I also had it last year and it held up well.
