It's hard, cuz we had already gone food shopping, so we already had the stuff in the house! I told Matt that now when we food shop, everything must be healthy. I didn't do one lick of exercises. I meant to, but have been busy after work trying to make a dress for a wedding I am going to in 2 weeks. I know I should make time, but dang, it's hard! I travel 3+ hours to and from work each day and since I am busy with the dress, doesn't leave much time for exercise. I will def make more of an effort this week. Even if it's jsut 15 minutes, I am doing it!
