  1. Wow, Tami, you did a great job! You have so many cool setups photos (landscapes and stuff) that you are using for the background, I really like it.
  2. I have decided that as my combo birthday/christmas present this year, I want Matt to buy me a sewing machine. I had fun making the dress that I will be posting pics of probably tomorrow, but it was a bitch cuz my sister has a sewing machine. So I always had to find time to go to her house to do it. I want one of my own so I can get into my own crafts at my own home. Problem is that I am a novice sewer and my sister is a little more advanced them me, but not really. I have no idea what to look for in a machine. I something that is more advanced then the little sewing that we've done already, b/c I want the options to learn more. If anyone knows anything about sewing machines and can give some advice, that'd be great. Here are the three that I saw at Joann's and liked, with their descriptions... 3. Everything looks perfect!! And I am totally in love with your dog.
  4. I know exactly what you mean. I had an ex that just would never go away. We had a crazy dramatic relationship, and he always still had something on me, and I on him. I met up with him a few months before I met my husband for fear that he was "the one" for me and we met, and it felt like old times. But the old times were what didn't work out. So, I don't know. I am a big beleiver in exes are exes for a reason. Don't look back except with fond memories. Cuz you can't GO back. You are both different people now, with different lives. And you love your FI. I think I would not respond to him at all. If you respond, even saying something like "happily engaged now" or whatever, it's opening the possibility for a conversation. And I just think that's a tricky road to go down. If you are willing to risk the stability tha tyou have with FI, then by all means, follow your heart. But if you love FI and want to marry him and have him trust you, I would ignore the texts. How do you think he would feel if he knew how conflicted this made you. You def are in a touch situation though, so I don't envy you that. Good lcuk with whatever you chose! Ok, so everything I wrote is null at this point, but I just read the entire thread and saw you already handled it! Job well done!
  5. I don't think it's tacky, but I also like to switch things up. If it was me, I would use the different invite, but I don't think it's tacky if you use the same. But is there another way to incorporate it? I loved my shower invite so much, that I used the same thing for my AHR menu. Maybe you can do something like that
  6. Check out this thread on how to post photos - Posting Photos-please look here! 7. I voted to change it. Not because it didn't look lovely or anything, but because not many women get to get married twice. You might as well make it worth it and switch it up a bit!
  8. Damn, Amanda, you are really having a hard time with your vendors. I see that Michelle offered up her extra seahshells, but I know that I bought mine in Michael's. Have you checked there or at an A C Moore? I also bought some online and the ones from Michael's were nicer. Tiger clam shells, I think they were called.
  9. Angel - and yet another bride who looks better in the dress then the model, "weird look" and all!
  10. This hasn't been updated in a few months, so let's see the new dresses with the beautiful BDW'ers vs. the models!!
  11. Jeez, no one can get in touch with her? I too remember she had some drama and I hope she is ok!
  12. Well, dont be impressed just yet. I am hoping that it photographs better then it looks. I mean, it looks ok, but it's by no mean perfect. The zipper is a bit messed up, but I am pretending it's not.
  13. Oh, that's great news, Indigo! Your family sounds like you are all pulling together and supporting each other where needed during such a difficult time. I am happy that you will continue on with your wedding cuz I agree that you should all celebrate the good.
  14. So, I've stayed completely the same the entire BL season. Which means that I realllllly need to start exercising, cuz making smarter food choices isn't enough. But you all are doing great!
  15. Oh, well i let it go crazy curly today so today is def not the day. I have a rehearsal dinner tomorrow night, right off the train from work and then a weddign on Saturday. So I will DEF be posting pics sometime soon!!! I also MADE the dress that I am going to wear to the wedding, so I will be posting pics of that as well. YIPPPPY!
  16. Tara, that is how I always feel about Jackee! She's so damn pretty and sexy. And don't even get me started on her 12 inch waist or whatever the hell it is. I would hate her if I didn't love her.
  17. Totally, and it's your gift, so you don't have to listen to me at all! I can try to do some more searched in a little bit for you, cuz today is way more calm at work then yesterday was.
  18. Awwwwww, Jac, you look so pretty! And I totally love your ability to strike a pose and always look so good. You damn biotch. Quote: Originally Posted by Jacqueline
