I love the way snow looks, but I hate the cold. I would love to live somewhere where it's between 65-90 all year long. That'd be awesome. And I feel your pain, Calia! I drive 20 mins or so to a train, but then take the train for 1 hour, so snow totally f***s that up!

Love that Nicole pic, will have to remember to save that when I get to work... I don't think your hair looks at all like the pic, so I can see why you are upset, but from the back it looks good. I would hate to have bangs be too short, but really, they grow in so quick, you will probably be fine in a week or so. Your hair is a good 2+ inches longer then Nicol's hair too, so I don't think there is anything wrong with the length.

Oh beleive me, you won't be the 1st 3 dress bride. It happens. Make yourself happy, especially if it fits into your budget.

Personally, I don't think it's weird. I am "friends" with most of my exes. I put that in quotes, cuz it isn't like we still talk, but we are cool when we run into each other. And that happens alot since there is alot of overlap between my exes and my friends. So I don't think it's weird, as long as it doesn't feel weird. However, I have to add that if my husband found out I had an ex as a friend on there he would flip. He's super jealous. It's an emotion that I don't really understand since I was never a jealous person, so I figure to leave well enough alone. Since he's the one that makes me happy, then I do what I can to make him happy. So it's totally a judgement call on your part. Just make sure you think of your FI's feelings also.

My husband bought the Italian version since everyone in his family speaks it except him and his siblings (for some reason that I can't understand his parents didn't make them!). But we haven't started it yet. I really want to cuz Matt can at least understand some things, but I know NADA except some curse words in Italian.

I think you should tell him the truth. But that doesn't mean that you will still decide that you want to spend the money on a flashy ering. You might decide to do a wedding band and then for the 5 year anni or something, get something like an ering. But i would def be honest with him about it while still keeping in mind you shouldn't go into debt over a ring. Good luck! Oh and I def agree with the poster that said to try them on. I knew what I wanted and got exactly that, but so many people's ideas change once they start looking around.

Jac, good for you for posting your real thoughts and I don't think there will be any bashing. I see that 9 other people marked that they voted for John McCain as well, but you are the first to give your comments, so kudos to you! (Unless I missed those comments somewhere, if I did, sorry!) I also see that 2 people said "other" and I actually hear that ALOT. So many people say they aren't happy with EITHER candidate, so I was wondering if those two people could come back and post their thoughts.

Ok, so Nacho is super cute and I love how patiently he sits there and poses. My sister's Boston, Abbie, does the same thing. She loves to pose, and she's photogenic like Nacho is. Buuuuuut, I BUSTED out laughing at the pic of Chula getting accosted by Walter. The smile says it all.

Bianca, I think your "rambling" is right on point. I totally 100% agree with what you said. If kids were exposed to things (not just same sex marriage), instead of them being taboo, then the levels of acceptance would be much more widespread.

Jac - I would check Ikea. I bought some there when I was making my bamboo favors and they have cartons and cartons of them. The prices aren't bad either. But the thing that sucks is the Ikea website isn't as good as the store, so you'd probably have to take a ride out there.
