  2. Holy Moly...goosebumps. That is so creative and soooooo romantic! He's a keeper! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
  3. DH and are are probably closer to the attached at the hip choice We just really like hanging out together, and I get bummed when I'm doing something adventurous by myself and he's not there to share the experience. We both have our separate hobbies...uhm, he's not getting me out to fish anytime soon....but we'd rather hang with each other over anybody else. We have to consciously make an effort to go out with friends so we don't become super homebodies..which is how we'd both prefer it. He's my buddy....and hubby!
  4. So...my experience with the extensions for the wedding. My hairstylist hand sewed three rows of real human hair extensions onto little clips for me to use. She went and bought the hair for me and matched it perfectly to my hair color, but sometimes they do need to be dyed or highlighted. She brought them down to Mexico and just clipped them in and curled my hair like normal. She said definitely do NOT get the fake hair...it has to be 100% human hair for them to curl nicely, and blend in well. I thought they were so so comfortable and no one knew it was fake until I mentioned it. My suggestion: have a stylish purchase the human hair strands and then put them into the clips. Most of them should know how to do that....I don't have a clue what it cost, because it was her wedding present to me. I would guess probably around $200-$300 or so Here is a pic of what it looked like: And up later that night:

  10. Boy, I can see why you are having a tough time I really like them both on you! However....there is something special and romantic about #1, so that is my vote! I really like the cut of it in the middle, and the embelishment on the top. Regardless...you are lucky to have two wonderful dresses to choose from! Good luck!

  17. this is fun... We live in Port Angeles, which is about 2.5 hours west of Seattle. We just made the big move in December or 06' after running in the rat race in the city for many years......It is absolutely gorgeous here, & we LOVE it! They say we live "where the mountains meet the sea" About Port Angeles: Quietly nestled between the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains, Port Angeles is located in Clallam County on the North Olympic Peninsula of Washington State - U.S.A. Fun facts: The area's harbor was dubbed Puerto de Nuestra Señora de los Angeles (Port of Our Lady of the Angels) by Spanish explorer Francisco de Eliza in 1791, but by the mid-1800s the name had been shortened and partially anglicized to its current form. Port Angeles is located in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains, which means the city gets significantly less rain than other areas of western Washington. The average annual precipitation total is approximately 25 inches, compared to Seattle's 38 inches We love our little neighborhood too....It's on a dead end street and we have Deers and their new spring babies coming over to our yard almost daily for a lovely salad bar of our lilac buds and flowers.

  20. Oh yes...please do! Mine flew off right as soon as our ceremony started. I had just gotten to my spot and the first little breeze just lifted it right off my head. My mom reached out and caught it mid air...kind of one of those pretty woman moment's like when she shucks the snail in the restaurant....had to be there I would definitely suggest weighing it down....however, it makes for some pretty pics when it's kind of blowing in the wind a bit. Maybe just take them off for after the ceremony
