    This is way cool. Don't know how I missed this post...but I really think this will turn out pretty! I think I may steal it for my AHR...because I'm already in trouble with the FI for all this shiz we are trying to haul down to Mexico...If I ordered some big ol' tree branches he'd have a fit! Anyways....yet another project to add to my list! Let us know how they look when you get them.

    Yummy recipes. I am kind of a vegetarian by accident....just because I don't care for many meats except chicken and some fish. We cook split pea soup and black bean soup a lot because it is high in protein and fiber. I'll get the recipe for ya'll tomorrow. Also, we make stuffed manicotti with cottage cheese instead of ricotta...sound wiered but it is delicious and very healthy! I'll post that tomorrow too!

    Jessalyn your house is to die for! I love the fusion look....We too bought a brand new house (We call it a modern craftsman) and it's tough to blend the old with the new. I think you did a great job with bringing in some classic pieces with your modern decor. So pretty! It reminds me of an Italian villa....!

    Oh don't feel bad! I'm getting my ring re-set also. He knew I wanted a fancy setting but wanted me to be part of the selection process so he proposed with a solitaire and has helped a ton with shopping for a new setting. We knew immediately I would get it re-set. Get what you want.....you are wearing it forever!!!

    My future in laws are so dang pretentious, snooty and into keeping up appearances (not in the aesthetic way....more socially) that sometimes I want to just get wasted at one of their fancy little parties and run around naked or flash someone to liven things up. I think that would be just delightful.....

    I'm the Director of Marketing and Advertising for Coldwell Banker. Love it.....I get to write press releases, write advertising copy, work on Marketing materials for our office, help agents with their personal marketing plans, design ad layouts, brochures, and attend all of the Chamber of commerce events and PR events. Busy...but feels like what I should be doing. Plus, it allows me to be on the computer all of the time and squeeze in as much time with you lovely ladies as I can

    Jen.....goodness that was a lot of work! I love that kitchen! I admire people who take on remodels...we were wimpy and bought brand new because I wasn't sure I had it in me! I'm so impressed with your project! I'd like to sit at that table in the kitchen and drink wine...looks so inviting!

    Teaching is one of the most un-appreciated job in our country. Both of my parents are teachers and it pisses me off that someone with pretty much the same years of education as a doctor, and responsibility of practically raising kids (since some parents don't do a dang thing) gets paid crap and never gets support and recognition. You all deserve way more praise for what you do!
