Oh it is beautiful! I don't think it is too formal at all. Work it.....it's your big day, so wear what makes you feel great! -
Rachel I love your choice of jewelry......you will look very elegant and sparkly....very very pretty!

Good review. I'm glad you ended up with a photographer you are excited about! Now you have me hungry for cake

I just bought my dress for our August At home reception and legal ceremony back here in Port Angeles. Our AHR will be held at a local winery owned by my future In laws close family friends....which = lot's of free wine! I love it! It reminds me of something Audrey Hepburn would wear to a fancy garden wedding or courthouse nuptuals. I will also wear it for when we have our legal ceremony at a local church (This was a huge request from my FMIL) I wanted to still look like a bride, but nothing too fancy, since it will be after the wedding. I'll wear my hair up and curly with a small white flower. I can't wait to get it in the mail!

I would love to do this during the summer. It is an overnight deal for us. The drive from Port Angeles (we take the edmonds Kingston ferry) is about 2.5 to 3 hours, so I couldn't make it on any weeknight. Bummer...let me know if you get together on a weekend! I'm always up for a night out in Seattle.

Wow Diana.....what a complete overhaul on the house! It looks killer...I love that style of decor...not sure how to describe it.....looks very homey and comfortable...but still put together. Very nice! I love the backsplash tile in your kitchen......it looks really nice with the counters.

Oh yes dear....me too! I'm already plotting with my hairdresser how we are going to cut it after I get back from the wedding. I just always pictured myself with Jessica Simpson styled hair for my wedding.....hence the torture of growing it out now!

I think I am gettting stressed more easily. I have actually done alot more than since I did my forst post on this thread. I swear I'll get around to updating it soon! I think it will make me feel better too. I can't wait for yours and really do hope we can at least meet up for drink or two! Heck yeah......we'll definately meet up. My family is a blast, so we'll be hard to ignore I'm sure I've suddenly realized that I was putting a whole bunch of projects off saying, I'll just wait until we are a few months out......and suddenly it's time to get crackin.... We should all re-post our lists again to see the progress. I'll do that today......
