Yay! It's not really anything except the Amy gets cardio ADD workout! I really can't be on a machine for more than 30 min without getting antsy, so I started breaking it up into 15 minute intervals, and totally loved it. Now I can easily do 60 minutes because I don't get bored, and it switches it up. Glad to hear its working for ya! I'm down to 109 as of this morning and can hardly believe it. Havn't been this size since maybe highschool. Crazy.
