Big Yawn....went for 50 min of cardio at 5:30 this morning, and going back again after work for more I ate homemade cookies last night....oops...but they were vegan and thank god I only made 6....and split them with Andy. I'm feeling puffy today

Ann the pictures are just too cute. She's such a little model in those girly pink clothes! I'm happy to hear she is doing so well...even with a few setbacks....she's such a strong little lady, and will surely be ready to come home with you and Paul before you know it!

Martha, I had my neckline changed from straight strapless to a sweetheart neckline. I'm going for my final fitting this weekend, so I will take pics and show you. I saw it a month ago, and it looked so much better. I felt like it was too high for my body, and I wanted more cleavage, so I'm happy I had it changed. Here is the before pic:

Yippee..... I mailed my last project out to our guests last week! I've sent two mailings now to keep everyone jazzed up for the upcoming vacation and wedding: 2 months out from the wedding I mailed the guest brochure, menu selction cards, and luggage tags. About one month out I mailed these custom created CD's. I've attached the templates for the CD labels, and for the front and back covers as well. I used one of our logos for the front. Went to spin at 6 am again this morning with Andy...he's hooked; and misery loves company, so I'm glad he's there! Going back after work for weights and 30 min running intervals.....Down another 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Crazy! 19 days til we leave

So, I tried all of my new makeup on on Sunday for my shower to see how it would wear for a full day of activities. Everything stayed on perfect, especially the eye makeup. I got a bit shiny so I used the powder throughout the day and that did the trick. Anyways.... I did take pics for ya'll that had asked! Here is what it will look like......

My week so far.... Monday: Much needed day off....plus gym was closed for the holiday Tuesday: Push weights & 40 min cardio; obliques Wednesday: Pull weights & 45 min interval cardio; lower abs Thursday: AM spin class; went back after work for push weights & 35 min running intervals (5 run, 5 walk..etc.) abs on ball & leg lifts Friday: AM cardio (45 minutes eliptical) then push ups and planks; going back after work for weights and more cardio Saturday: Push weights, 60 min cardio Sunday: My shower; drinking wine.....not working out! I'm on a roll and really feeling on track. I have the next 3 weeks of workouts on my calendar, so no turning back now!
