You could maybe always ask Yesica to call you directly on your cell phone...that way you dont to worry too much about the cost.

Oh this weekend wasnt so good. Went to the Bruce Springsteen concert and drank two huge beers and Mexican food before that! I have PMS and of course no motivation to workout right now! Lets hope I didnt gain too much this week!!

I did 35 minutes on the stairmaster & 30 minutes on the treadmill plus some ab workouts

okay I am finally starting to see some progress...down 1.2 this week. Sarah hang in there and things will turn around. I took me 5 weeks to drop a pound and I have been working out like crazy too....I think our bodies just need to adjust and then the results will come! Hang in there, I know its hard but it will get better!!
