yesterday I did 40 minutes on the elipitical and 25 min on the treadmill

I bought it....just because I used to take pilates class that used that size ball. It helps with certain crunches and it works pretty good. Just make sure that when you order it that you dont get the "additional monthly videos" they arent worth it and it take FOREVER for them to give you a refund.

I think that is pretty normal...that is how many I am having. I guess it depends on if you want a large bouquet or not. That is pretty standard

I have been really bad about posting pictures and I know how everyone loves them on here.... I finally picked up my dress last night!! Here are few photos...sorry for the crazy faces I am making!!

My Shower was on the 10th and it was an amazing day! I was so worried about my family all getting along and between the amount of people and the champagne things went great!! A few of my friends from school and the my two best friends (my bridemaids) threw it for me. I also had my hair done like I wanted to for the wedding...which is why its so fancy! Here are a few pictures from it. They decorated all the tables with the colors of my wedding and even go the color roses I am having at the wedding too! THe best picture....this is my FMIL and my FSMIL ...they had never met before and they acutally took a picture together..ahhh!! Some random pictures...they did a video with adam answering questions which was so funny!! All the ladies who threw the shower for me.... My friends who are in my wedding.....

oh man I am up a pound from last week. THis is awful 3 weeks before I am supposed to leave. I guess I just need to focus on the workouts and really watch what I eat and hopefully I will at least feel better in my clothes down there!!
